From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by such a pleasant receptionist and this mood permeated to all the staff. I just want to make a special mention to my physiotherapist (Ms. Parmar) and her assistant. Their professional attitude and knowledge about my condition helped to relay any anxiety that I may have had about my treatment and outcomes. They both always took the time to ensure that I received a thorough treatment including exercises, ultrasound and TENS treatment. (And I can't forget to mention the soothing warm packs that were always applied to the involved areas, to ensure my comfort). Loved this! I always looked forward to my treatments knowing that when I leave, I would be in better condition than when I arrived. I am a retiree from the Nursing profession and I am fully aware of the professionalism and dedication that is required from health care practitioners when treating patients in a health care setting, so all I can say is......
