If you're trying to decide which agent to trust with your home in the Greater Seattle area, this is…read morethe review I wish I'd read before I started. Beth Traverso and her team handled the sale of my home over the past few months, and I cannot come up with a single thing they could have done better. Not one. That is not something I say lightly, or often. The talent and expertise of Beth and the Team was obvious at every step. The professionalism was the kind you notice precisely because nothing ever felt strained or improvised -- every move had clearly been thought through in advance. Beth's responsiveness was extraordinary: questions were often answered before I realized I needed to ask them, and when I did reach out, a thoughtful reply was almost always already waiting. And the integrity behind every conversation, every recommendation, and every negotiating decision is something I will not forget. I also want to say something specific about the team behind her -- Kaylinn, Melissa, Jenn, Jose, Katherine, and Nicole. Every handoff was clean. Every detail including communication, scheduling, follow-up, the small things that quietly fall through the cracks on most transactions -- was handled with care and real competence. I never once had to chase anyone, repeat a question, or wonder whether something had been missed. The standard they hold themselves to is rare, and it does not happen by accident; it is built and earned over time. This was real work, done at a high level, by a real team. If you are considering which real estate professional to engage in the Selling or Purchasing of a Home, reach out to Beth & Her Team - It will be one of the best decisions that you will make in the purchasing or selling of your next home.

I did not want to own property in a state I no longer live in. I interviewed a few Realtors, even some I worked with in the past. Everyone had the same answers, and most were suggesting listing well below market and selling out quick. As I would explain that my properties were very well maintained, updated over the years, and not in rough areas, I received a few rude responses. I was feeling as if no one saw any value in working hard to sell my all my property. As I was about to give up and sell as a "For sale by owner", I met Maggie Vreeburg and I am so glad I did not give up. Maggie was very professional, polite, and attentive to what I was expecting as an outcome. Maggie explained market trends in the different areas my properties were in and created a strategy on ways to market each one. In most cases, we had multiple offers above list price. Maggie made the process from listing to closing very easy and I left Washington state a lot wealthier than I intended to. Thank you! Maggie Vreeburg.

I purchased my condo with Maggie a year ago. The first month…read moreafter I moved in, the water tank broke down and caused over $20000 damage to the place. Also It took 5 month to fully repair the whole place, everyday I was living in a disaster and have to deal with everything mess all by myself and feel very depressed. It took me long time to recover from that situation and now I finally have energy to give the review. I won't blame the whole thing in her since I did waived the inspection. But I want to point out Maggie is not a responsible agent at all since she didn't give me much help. 1. The biggest point I think she is not professional is: I specifically asked the water tank age for 4-5 times to Maggies, she never got me the answer even I was pushing her to. It turns out it was a 20 years old water tank in the end and caused a dramatic damage to the place right after I moved in. The water tank is a highly risky point, after that I know every buyers' agent will take this as a check point to give recommandations, but she completely ignored it, even I was suspicious and push her to get the answer, she failed to get me the answer, I even think she was not taking me seriously because I was so unfamiliar with the whole process. 2. During the buying process, it was me continuously searching on redfin and reach out to Maggie to schedule the visit. During the visit, it was also me using my poor knowdge trying to ask right questions, (like the water tank age, Maggies didn't even mention it) I also went through other agents, they will actually ask me about my requirement and make valid recommandations. 3. After everything happens she immediately says it's not related to her at all because I waived the inspection, even at first I was just trying to see whether the prvious owner can be responsible for they lied about the 20 years water tank (they said they replaced it 10 years ago) she didn't even try to help me. All in all, she is not professional and was not even trying to represents my interest. I regret a lot why I choose her I would say she does did something right: 1. The loaner she recommanded was very helpful and efficient. 2. She was nice and polite. But this is not what I need from a agent :) If you are a new home buyer, don't choose her because she cannot help you.
