When I was served with divorce papers I was lucky to have an attorney recommend Lisa P. Kirby, in Naples, FL, to navigate me through the difficult legal process. My divorce was complex in that it was a bicoastal filing in Florida while I resided in California. We had properties in both states as well as a host of other legal issues that needed to be addressed. Lisa's incomparable knowledge of the family law courts is amazing. She was able to outline the proper strategy with realistic expectations all while keeping me apprised of all the details throughout the preliminary stages. This was especially important since I did not actually meet Lisa until the day before trial. Lisa's trial demeanor is brilliant as it reveled her character and integrity. She skillfully covered each point and is well versed in case law, which she used throughout the trial. However, we were wholly ruled against by the trial Judge, The Honorable Joseph G.
