I also found the questioning repetitive, particularly regarding the multiple properties involved in the case. In my experience, some of the same issues were revisited rather than addressed more efficiently. I was also surprised by some of the questions regarding my professional and construction experience. Some of them suggested to me a limited familiarity with basic construction terminology and practices, and I found certain questions confusing and not fully grounded in the work as it's actually performed. I respect the legal process and recognize that divorce litigation can be adversarial. However, I believe professionalism, civility, and respect should remain part of that process. This review reflects my personal experience during the deposition. It was unfortunately not a positive experience for me.

There was not a health care surrogate document and yes, my house did need to be in a trust. My friend who is older and confused is a beneficiary of an estate. The trust was drawn up by Beth. Beth has been trying to settle this estate for over 9 months and has been paid over $150k in billable hours. Very long story short, Beth has resigned. In 9 months she has accomplished literally NOTHING. Friend was told at one point Beth's assistant left the firm and that Beth basically had to start from scratch. Please avoid.
