While certainly friendly Susan was not helpful as a therapist. We worked with her 5 months or so. She seemed disorganized often forgetting our and our children's names. As well as forgetting important information about us. She "forgot" 2 sessions and never showed up or returned our messages. She would actually play the blame game during sessions which wasn't our style at all. After working with Susan our family was even more broken then when we first met her. We should have left much sooner. Most anybody else would be better. Look elsewhere. read more

Like the reviewer before me, I find Susan friendly. She is, however, not helpful. During my short time with her, she forgot my name and important details about me. How can a therapist help if she seems to have no memory of the crucial things in my life? There's also a difference between aversion therapy and a therapist who genuinely doesn't remember things. I'm also not white, so I suspect there might be a bit of racism involved. read more
