I went to George for hypnosis before giving a presentation in my new job. My fear was that I…read morewasn't really familiar with the material and it would show, however, I didn't want to read 90 slides word by word. George programmed me so I felt that I've been doing these presentations every day for a long time and I am completely familiar with material and the people would just love me, my voice and my presence. The presentation was great! I partially improvised, partially read verbatim and I felt like it was my 1000th time. I think they were happy with me because when I saw them loosing interests, I engaged them right away by asking questions, some not related to work :) Basically, I wasn't nervous at all, instead I was really aware of the whole situation. I fully recommend George's services if you want quick and solid results. George, thanks so much for programming me!

In desperation I sought out George Guarino . By the second visit I discontinued all medication, and have never had another spike again. . I am still, after a year on no medication at all, feel wonder, and have no more fear of the consequences of high blood pressure. Mr. Guarino is forthright, puts you at ease and has changed my life. I would highly recommend him.

We were informed on the website, by the staff and by a large sign in the waiting room that this appt would be longer than 30 min appt and would involve thorogh evaluation and treatment including adjustment heat and stim. Dr Solla was running 30 min late which I accepted since it was his first day. When I contacted Dr medwin she was dismissive, defensive and unconcerned. She said her website needed to be revised and would take sign down. I do not recommend this practice

Joyce has been a godsend for my muscle and ligament issues. I can't imagine a massage therapist…read morethat is any better in the Capital Region. One thing that stuck out on my first visit to her was how thorough she was in her consultation, and in the same vain, how much she listened. Her massage therapy has helped me tremendously. Through her care, I have gone from not feeling so well physically, to feeling great! As a bonus, I received another benefit that was almost as valuable. She's taught me a lot about my physiology and how to maintain my newly acquired flexibility so I can feel great all the time. Joyce is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Without question, I recommend anyone needing massage therapy to make an appointment with her.

I was referred to see Joyce after receiving injuries from a motor vehicle accident. As I was very…read morenervous about my first session (since I NEVER had a massage before), she talked to me about my issues and what her plan of treatment was going to be. She seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely pleasant. She made my first session a positive one as I was able to relax and indulge in the moment, although in pain. As one session will not heal you or anyone, who has an injury as I did. But I was looking for relaxation upon my first session and she exceeded that goal. Needless to say I will never fear massage therapy again. As treatments continued I became more relaxed and comfortable with each session. The treatments have been an extremely positive outcome for my healing process. She has giving me many useful suggestions on ways to relieve pain and discomfort on my injured areas. With each session, it seems like the first (except I am not nervous anymore). She assesses how I am feeling physically and what her plan of treatment should be for that session. As I suffer from depression, she previously posted an article on her Facebook page regarding how massage therapy helps with depression. That article is so on point, the therapy that I have received not only has/is helping me physically but also emotionally/mentally. Joyce I am truly grateful, for all the time and patience you have given me, for the knowledge of knowing how to treat my injuries and most of all for listening, not with your ears, but with your heart. You are truly one of a kind. May God continue to bless you in all that you do.
