Their store is well stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Their dog wash is first come, first served, no reservations, so make sure to give them a call so you won't have to wait. It's a convenient location next to Hannafords, so the wife kept busy while I did the dirty deed. There's even a Dunkin Donuts across the street if someone else needs to keep occupied. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

When I finally got the amp back after he serviced it, it was better than new. He charged a fair price and kept in regular contact with status updates while he had the amp. I would highly recommend Dinosaur Audio for any audio electronic repair.

Dishonest scammers! Had the service team come out to replace the insulation in my stove (which they…read moresaid they do when I stopped in to ask in person) but they didn't have the replacement insulation with them when they came. Instead of calling me or saying they can't when I made the appointment, they showed up knowing they couldn't do any work and charged me $140 for the service call. Waste of time and money for absolutely nothing! While at my house they told me I could order stove insulation on Amazon and cut it to size, which tells that it's a universal standard and not some unique part for my stove. They either didn't want to do the work so they said they didn't have it so they could go home early, or they knew in advance so they could scam me. Can't believe how dishonest this local business is. And the cherry on top is they said they would call me in the morning to give me an estimated time of when they would come but I never got a call. I called them around 11 to find out and they said between 2-4, they showed at 4:15. I waited all day for them just to be scammed This happened 3 months ago and today they sent me an invoice for service. I called and spoke with a woman over in finance, explained what happened, told her the credit card company agreed with me and refunded me, and she said they will never do business with me again and hung up on me... as if I would ever go to them again lol

Located in a shuttered True Value location, it has perhaps some potential. Well the service here lives up to its name and the prices aren't competitive so the extra service one would hope for due to the inability to compete with the buying power of the big box is absent. It might be because it is obvious from my speech that I am "from away" but I can spend my money elsewhere where the first reaction is not disdain for the customer

Dropped off my weedwacker to be serviced- it would not run with a load ( trimming grass ) . Three phone.calls and One visit and over 3 weeks later I'm told -we'll have it ready by tomorrow . I picked it up-took it home - tried to use it - it was still having the same issue . Dropped it off again - slightly over a week later it's fixed - THEY call but don't leave a message . I assume it's fixed - go in for pickup - it's ready . I get charged only for the $7 in parts to repair time #2 - reasonable I think . Over ONE month turnaround time -in the summer .Never got a call FROM them except the one time I mentioned . Yes it is working . The question remains - would I use them again ? ( This was my first visit I chose them because they were close by and a local business ) . Answer : No way . Incomplete work . Very poor follow up - terrible overall service time . I'll drive the extra miles to avoid ever going here again for anything . Perhaps someone else has had a better experience - if so please share - I Rate AVOID !!
