The office is nice and tries to relay the information between customers and driver, but it never seems to be what happens. If you do Not care about having a delivery schedule, then there's no problems with this company. However, if you need a schedule and/or like knowing when to expect deliveries and pick up, then I would look elsewhere. As I said the office is pleasant but did have an issue one time with the front staff when they got upset with me because I said that the delivery driver was unreliable and that is why I cancelled my service. The person took whatever I said the wrong way and that's when they became rude. Never once did I raise my voice to this company even though at times I wanted to. I had to call every time I was expected to have a delivery because it was never completed on the day that they stated for many different given reasons. When it was the first two months, I thought it was because I was a new customer and the driver wasn't used to pulling into this address, but I had to call for everything because it wasn't automatic and that is why I had to cancel the service. I've been very understanding and accommodating even when I had to go to the bottom of my driveway to pick up the delivery of water jugs because they couldn't make it up my driveway per what they stated even though it was salted and the ups driver made it up. I am from the island and I'm very sad that I had the service I had and felt the need to discontinue being a customer.

I always took the place for granted when I lived in Waterville, but recently, after moving from the area, when I was trying to find some drafting supplies locally or online, I realized that I might as well call Berry's and have them ship the items if I was going to have someone else do it anyway.
