He was rude and instead of talking to me he whispered something in ear of one of the ladies and walked away. Another pharmacy saw that attitude and asked me if everything was ok. I told him the other guy just said ok and walked away. He told me to make appointment and he asked the same lady to take my details for the appointment. The rude behaviour by the first pharmacy is inexcusable.

Just as I find something that I like, and decide it will become a regular item in my household, they'll decide to discontinue it, or not reorder it for 6 weeks, and I'll have to start all over. I've thrown out more subpar products because of the continual hunt for something that can be consistently bought... it makes me think of cold war USSR, and the long lines/irregular availability of foodstuffs. (Yes, that was worse, but coming from the Willamette Valley, this is pretty exasperating.) What, are Guelphites just not that particular about what they put in their pieholes? Sheesh. More bad: they do the restocking on Saturdays, at midmorning, when the greatest crush of customers happens to be in the store. WTF?

I have never seen such poor customer service and confusion in a pharmacy. They lie about faxing off…read morerefill requests and mess up when ordering medication they are out of and make you wait extra days for no good reason. It's extremely sad that an employee from another store tells you she has never been in a store that was run so poorly. The manager is very rude and doesn't help his staff when they are busy he just stands around. It's very frustrating to have to do business with that pharmacy but the location is very convenient.
