I decided to hire a professional and called Top Gun Roofing, a local company in Olmsted Falls. The owner, John Ferguson, answered and listened to my situation. He understood the urgency and agreed to finish the job I had started. To my surprise, he arrived within three hours and worked alone until dusk, then returned the next morning to complete the project. John did excellent work at a reasonable price, and his cleanup was impeccable, leaving no debris behind. The new shed roof looks great. He was skilled, professional, friendly, and courteous. Although the job was small, he handled it with care and completed it promptly. I would readily recommend Top Gun Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or roof repair.

Adil and his team at EA Home Repair did an amazing job transforming our sunroom, an extremely small…read morehalf bath and even smaller coat/storage closet into a first floor master bedroom suite that is fully handicapped accessible and beautiful. During a very difficult time for our family, Adil, in a very short time frame, drew up plans and began the work for this project. Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. He and his team are extremely professional and respectful. The covered the floors where they would walk, covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the floors every night before eating. In our old Lakewood home, when Adil came upon opportunities to change the plan to enhance the beauty and function of the space, he communicated with me and included my wishes and suggestions wherever possible. He did so while remaining on budget. In the future, when I have any work needing to be done to my home, I will always use Adil and his team at EA home Repair. I cannot say enough or recommend him more highly! Thank you.

I am a first time home owner, my parents-in-law gifted my wife and I a new roof when we purchased…read moreour home in 2024. We hired Media Roofing, Owned by Glenn Brant. The home we purchased needed a new roof and also had a ventilation fan to exhaust air. When we hired Glenn, he recommended to have Ridge vents installed. He quotes 4 sheets of plywood incase of any soft spots or damage area's that may need replaced. We asked to have the fan removed "covered over" with the supplied plywood, which he assured us that would be no problem. He promised 10 Year Workmanship warranty. My home has been extremely cold since he installed the roof which was installed late 2024. On the day of installation, his supplier ABC did not show up at the time he told us. When it did show up, one of his workers who was from Guatemala, had an accident occur on my roof. On top of the accident, one of the men's wife with a newborn baby, was in my backyard nursing the baby. They consistently had to use my restroom. In addition to the roof I added gutter guards which Glenn himself installed. Glenn showed up twice to my home. The start date of the install, and the final day to collect his check. When they were done I went up to check my gutter guards which were a premium gutter-guards and noticed how sloppy they were installed. He blamed my gutters for why they looked the way they did. Never the less as a good gesture, he promised he would come back and install gutter clips as he said ice may strain the front stretch of my gutters above my garage. This never happened. His workers left a fullsheet of plywood and extra shingles, which they said they would come back for. They are still there. He has never once kept his word. He consistently will say he will arrive on a date and never shows up. In August 2025, I noticed that the box fan casing, which was supposed to be removed, was still there. Again, he promised a date and again never showed. This past week Wednesday Feb 25th ,2026 I had to go into my attic to install fiber lines for my home network, and to my surprise, the box vent was never covered left completely opened to the elements! He never removed the box vent which caused major frustration ; however I reached out to him yet again! Providing photo evidence of this. The insulation of my attic is wet. From 2024-2026 snow, rain, roofing debris, insects, birds, squirrels were able to nest in my attic. He responded to my text this past Wednesday February 25th, 2026. He would come either Friday February 27th or Monday March 2nd. Guess what! Nothing. He ignored my text today on when we can expect him. I have all of the proof. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!

Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. I'll update this review with some more photos once I finish the rest of the project.
