These guys did a good job painting but were a little sloppy in the finish up. They broke the…read moreplastic clips off the top of the horizontal blinds. It cost me 34.00 to replace but the owner reimbursed me. I DID NOT get reimbursed for having to climb up, take the blind off the window and reinstall the clips and top plastic coverings. It was quite a job for a woman and a huge source of aggravation. They got swipes of paint on them and some furniture causing me to have to scrub them, left masked off tape in some places. The cost was a bargain. Just make sure you discuss the type of paint they will be using. I assumed it would be washable. It isn't. Overall, they did a good job for a reasonable cost. I just learned some things I didn't know to ask or check for. Eric, the owner was a nice man who aims to please. He just needs to hire painters that are a little more professional and conscientious.

But within days, the paint began peeling. And I totally understand things happen sometimes so I really didn't think it was a big issue, assuming they were going to come back to fix it. However, this company simply will not come back and we even tried fixing it on our own (after we were blown off by them multiple times) but it still didn't look the same. They have just handled this so poorly. I've spent 3 months trying to get them to fix it, with countless messages and empty promises. They repeatedly delayed and avoided responsibility. Sometimes he would say he will be there next week and then other times he would say he's not sure when it will be and NOW he's saying it's just too far... I really don't know why he took this job if it's "too far". After reading other reviews with similar complaints, it's clear that there's a consistent pattern of subpar work and poor follow-up. This is the first negative review I have ever had to write, and I'm doing so because they can't keep getting away with this!! Save yourself the frustration -- look elsewhere.
