With a new teen driver about to hit the road with a new car purchase in process, we needed flexibility, choice, and a multi-agency approach. We got the ball rolling through the website and Dave got back to us right away. He was a class act from the start. He asked great questions, clearly explained their services, and immediately got to work on quotes. During the review, he discovered our home was overvalued by the previous provider and our autos were underinsured. He found great rates and made the paperwork and transition painless. Switching our home & auto over to Pro Insurance Group not only lowered our home insurance premiums but also secured a fantastic rate on three cars, including our new teen driver's vehicle. Rising premiums are a fact of life, but working with Pro Insurance Group we increased our peace of mind and landed some real savings. Highly recommend!

We are independent, which means we are not tied to one insurance company. We represent more than 20 carriers and we compare them for you at every renewal, not just the day you sign up. That matters right now. Rates have moved a lot, and the carrier that was cheapest two years ago usually is not the cheapest today. We know this area. We write a lot of business in Huntley, Del Webb Sun City, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills and Elgin, so we have a real sense of what your neighbors are paying and which carriers actually want your home. No broker fees. You get a licensed agent who knows your file, not a call center.

I don't like paying for a service, then finding out you are not covered for this, only so much for that... they listen to you, and customize your insurance for you and make sure you are covered for what you need if things happen. Chad is kind and very professional, and I like his new office right on Randall Road, easy to get to and a nice parking lot. They also have the device you place in your car so you can get discounts, but I don't get the added ER, almost like small mobile service as I have a phone and most people in cars have phones too if you don't have one. Not exactly sure how the safe drivers discount works, it is a newer service for me and I get confused with info packed features. But I know I like State Farm! I have been in accidents, smaller and they took care of everything and I never had to worry much - what you need when accidents happen!

He even once politely advised me not to put my girlfriend on my insurance policy before I married her. Jimmy has always been there for me. Once I left for a slightly cheaper price, Jimmy understood.
