Suretemp's so-called maintenance plan? More like a plan to keep them in business , definitely not to keep your AC working. We pay for that plan to prevent situations exactly like this. Instead, after their maintenance visit yesterday, our system completely went downhill.
We're under a severe heat advisory, stuck sweating inside, and Suretemp has been nowhere to be found. We called their 'emergency line' last night , no response. Called again when they opened -- nothing. A technician was supposedly on the way during a fixed time frame, they never showed. No updates, no calls, no fix.
We pay monthly for peace of mind and reliable service. Instead, we got silence and a broken AC right when we need it most. If you value working air conditioning, especially during extreme heat, I suggest you look for a company that actually shows up. read more
