On a positive note, I want to compliment your team on the cleanliness of the facilities--the Hardee's restaurant, convenience store, gas station, restrooms, and showers were all exceptionally clean and well-kept. However, a few operational details on the RV side significantly impacted our overall experience. First, when we arrived in the early evening to check in and set up, the automatic sprinkler system was running directly on our site. Because the sprinklers had been running, the gravel walkways and surrounding ground were completely muddy and wet, forcing us to spend the evening walking through mud that repeatedly got tracked into our motorhome. To make matters worse, the sprinklers started up again in the morning between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM while we were preparing to leave. Trying to retract our slide-outs, disconnect our water and sewer lines, and pack up our electrical cables while dodging sprinklers was frustrating. Adjusting the sprinkler schedule to run during off-peak hours (such as overnight) would make a huge difference for guests checking in, relaxing outside, or packing up early to head out. Finally, while most travelers may bring their own shower products, the soap provided in the showers feels like standard, harsh hand soap from a regular public sink. Upgrading to a creamy body soap would complement your clean facilities and offer a much better experience for anyone using the provided amenities. With a few simple adjustments to the sprinkler timing and shower amenities, the overall guest experience would be greatly improved.

My wife's chicken sandwich had undercooked chicken, and the fries were cold. Don't waste your money. Eat the food that is in the Loves Travel Store itself. Loves needs to get rid of this Hardees or get new management for it.

It reminds me of a convenience store, but with more things and better selection. There are a couple of coolers with frozen items, a display case with pre-made sandwiches for a quick lunch, kitchen staples such as oils and vinegar, spices, tea, coffee, juices, soups, as well as a good-sized selection of office supply items and medications. Perfect for a quick trip where you only need a couple of things and want to save time, Lil Market fills a missing slot in downtown Billings for those who live downtown and don't want to go too far to pick up a missing item or two.

This was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic with as yet no available vaccines. Yet this was the only gas station that I remember in which all of the employees were "masked up." I'm speaking only for "Holiday Stationstore #470" at 1212 Mullowney Lane in Billings MT. I cannot speak for the rest of the stores in this chain. I was impressed that this gas station/convenience store seemed to go against the red state red tide anti-masking culture. And of course I always wore a mask when out in public in October 2020. Also, the price for regular gas was only $2.189 per gallon on October 2, 2020. No such luck with that low of a gas price in Washington! Yes, I know. I walked in and was totally impressed. The store is large, well stocked with all sorts of items (snacks, needed items, souvenirs, and fountain drinks), VERY CLEAN, with immaculate restrooms. I highly recommend taking the exit to stop here if you're needing gas or supplies. The girl behind the counter was very sweet, and the locals are in and out doing their shopping. I could tell there was a sense of community there in Hysham.

"Note I am a black male & some people have health issues." After 5-10 minutes of being harassed, I raised my voice at the employee, who went and got the manager(Angie) who brought a male employee named(Kelley) who they continued to harass me. So I stated that its funny a few minutes after a black male walks in, to use the bathroom, you guys get all racial and start harassing me. This set the employee(Kelley) off who then started to threaten to cause me physical harm. My wife who was outside seen that Kelley had a firearm holstered on his right hip. I filed a complaint with corporate about the unprofessionalism,racism, & threats. Unfortunately this is one of the privately owned locations. However this doesn't stop me from going over their heads as everyone has to answer to somebody, as well as notify the public.
