They truly went above and beyond by recording detailed video walkthroughs of homes and doing FaceTime sessions so we could feel confident about every property we considered. What really stood out was how much time they took to help us understand each neighborhood, including the pros and cons from their honest perspective. They always made us feel like a priority. Matt made the financial side of the process unbelievably easy and was extremely diligent throughout closing. He caught mistakes from the title company that we never would have noticed ourselves, and his attention made us feel much better. Even after closing, Matt and Lindsey continued helping us by connecting us with trustworthy contractors for work on our new home. That level of service and care is rare to find. We are so grateful for everything they did for our family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a home, especially if you're relocating from out of state. When the time comes to sell our house, there's no question we'll be using Matt and Lindsey again!

They were very clear when explaining the process and coached us through the steps needed to list and sell our home. Communication is definitely one of their many strengths. We always knew exactly what each step of the process would bring. When it came to negotiations, we always felt that they had our best interest in mind - and that we were well represented. I know they were working with many other sellers and buyers but it always felt like we were their primary focus. In the end we were so happy to have such a smooth sale. I highly recommend Lindsey and Matt!

Geoff Stocki is an exceptional Mortgage Broker as he was extremely skilled in assisting with…read moresecuring financing for our home. As it had been some time since our last home purchase, he diligently walked us through the mortgage process exhibiting a great deal of patience when fielding our inquiries and concerns. He was persistent in ensuring that deadlines were met and consistently worked aggressively on our behalf. In addition, Geoff exhibited a great deal of integrity, as mid-way through our process I sent a "referral" to New Horizons Home Finance. Geoff was uncomfortable with the terms associated with my referral's potential financing deal and was unwilling to recommend. Geoff was extremely responsive, replying very quickly to all inquiries (emails/calls and texts), even weekends were not a deterrent. During a particular intense part of the process, Geoff probably sensing my anxiety, was able to sensibly re-communicate the remainder of the process (without over-committing), thereby eliminating home buyer stress. Towards the finalization of the process, as we experienced some Covid related lag time, Geoff was in front of the process to ensure that we met our timing goals. In fact, he even attended the closing, to the surprise of both my husband and me. Again, Geoff is an outstanding Mortgage Broker, who is knowledgeable, skilled, communicative and responsive. But most importantly, he has integrity. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND NEW HORIZONS HOME FINANCE. If I had to list one down side---now that we are financed, I miss our on going texts coupled with his rationale explanations and guidance! Trust Geoff and the New Horizons Home Finance team's process and whether it is your convenient condo, temporary townhouse or forever home, I am certain they will assist finding financing that meets your needs.
