They have a huge menu and it was difficult to decide. The menu has photos too and I find that very helpful. I finally decided and ordered the Polo Pablamo. The poblano pepper was perfect, stuffed with shrimpies, veggies and mushrooms. It was wrapped in a grilled chicken breast covered in cheese sauce. It comes with rice ordinarily but I swapped that for beans. They were some of the best I ever had. The plate also had a fresh lettuce and tomatoes salad and a big scoop of delicious guacamole. They had grilled steak, grilled chicken and two skewers of grilled shrimpies with plenty of pepper onions and other stuff, whatever comes on fajitas.
