They were full of surgeries, elevated stress levels, dealing with a weird birth disorder, and discovering a food allergy. I was in shambles and pretty much a shell of myself. Good times. Wellness ReSolutions is helping put me back together. Wellness ReSolutions (WR) is run by real-deal physicians who have had extensive training in hormone balancing, nutrition, and natural medicine. They are all about optimal health, not simply being "good enough." And it's about the science -- no magic beans here. So what exactly do they do? First up is some insanely extensive bloodwork to test just about everything in your body. (Side note: My PCP (primary care physician) was floored by the tests (in a good way).) When your results come back, the doctors at WR put together a binder of personalized information about all your levels, and they make recommendations. I can't accurately enough describe how fantastic this whole experience was. They take all the creepy, clinical-y feelings out of a doctor's visit. My doctor is Dr. Hall, and we sat together in a cozy little office and chatted for almost two hours during my first appointment. I'll never forget the moment she took my hands, looked at me and said: "This isn't your fault. You didn't cause this to happen, and we can fix it." I swear I still get emotional and teary-eyed every time I think about that. For many years, I (and others!) had blamed myself for all my chronic health issues. What we found out from my initial test results was that everything in me was pretty jacked up. I barely had any testosterone, my thyroid wasn't functioning, my inflammation was out the roof, I didn't have any vitamin D or B12... You name it -- I didn't have it (or had entirely too much of it). Dr. Hall consulted with me about each aspect of my results, and we worked together to figure out how to best address each one. I religiously took my pills, supplements, and injections... nothing. Then fast forward about 3 months to the day, and I suddenly felt amazing. Like a magical unicorn shooting rainbows out of my ass. I swear that's the most honest description. I'm pretty sure at my 3-month follow-up I ran and hugged unsuspecting Dr. Hall. Speaking of follow-ups, you'll do one about every 3 months. As for me, I'm about to have my one year anniversary at Wellness ReSolutions! And how am I doing? I can confidently say I haven't felt this amazing in 10 years. It's insane how once my body started getting all the things it truly needed, everything else fell into place. I've lost about 35 pounds, I'm stronger than ever, my hormones are regulated, my vitamin levels are near-perfect, my anxiety is better than it has been in my entire life... You name it -- it's better. So what about cost? My insurance didn't pay for the office visits nor the initial consult, so I paid out-of-pocket for those. That's really the most expensive part, so get ready to shell out a few hundred dollars (that are WELL WORTH the cost). My insurance does cover the bloodwork and the prescriptions, and I pay for the supplements. If you're in bad shape like I was, don't let the cost deter you. I couldn't afford NOT to go. My experience with Francie from Leaves Of Life was not a good one. I spent over $700 to get testing…read moredone when I first got there, I had numerous questions about my test that I emailed Francie, over the year that I was there I probably emailed her over a handful of times, not once did she respond to any of my questions in regards to bloodwork follow up appointments etc. I eventually had to call the office and ask... Does Francie get these emails? The office staff seemed too brushed me aside and say she'll get back to you when she can she's on vacation ( this was the second time I was told this in a matter of five months) she responded...never... She never once responded to an email in regards to questions and even over text message I had to remind her to please look at my bloodwork and give me feedback, I had to constantly hound her to respond. If I did this in my work I would be fired and I would have zero clients. Being a Health practitioner and handling peoples health and especially people with health anxiety and not at all responding to an email or even tests , in other words not doing your job, why is this tolerated at Leaves Of Life? Francie herself is a kind person but when I go there all she does is hook me up to the biofeedback machine and Leaves for a hour , when I ask her about different issues that I'm going through, with my health, she has not given me any protocols, nothing to really help with anything that came back from the $700 worth of test that I did, If I show her bloodwork from my primary care she doesn't even know what the tests mean admittedly and doesn't seem to want to take the time to respond to all my health concerns . I still have the same issues, I did not get any better from spending a year with Francie, I did not feel heard or seen given The fact that zero emails were responded to, when I told her some sad news in regards to my life and why I would not be coming back to Leaves Of Life to see her moving forward, once again I was met with a very loud and disrespectful silence. She could not even bother to thank me for being her patient and the experience we had that was not good even though I thanked her. Leaves Of Life why do you keep somebody like this around there's a very huge disrespect and lack of empathy for clients here. If Francie can't even communicate with her patients why is she even working here? Even the phlebotomist said "oh yes she's known to not respond to emails " why is this accepted in any place of work especially healthcare? Seems like people there care more about themselves than their actual clients, even the front desk did not apologize for all of the missed emails from Francie. I would not recommend Leaves Of Life and certainly not Francie to anybody if they care about their health and being respected by a Health practitioner they're paying very good money to See!

Today is actually my 3rd anniversary at The Human Form so what better time to finally write a…read morereview? The short story is HF changed my life. I'm nearly 61 and stronger and healthier than I've ever been. They helped me lose 70 lbs which was cool when I got to walk my daughter down the aisle at her wedding feeling good about myself and not worrying about the pictures to follow. It was even cooler when nearly 3 years later I held my granddaughter in my arms and felt confident I would be healthy and active and functional as she grew up. Enough about me. The concept of small group personal training flat out works. Never more than 5 people to coach so you get personal attention. You also get inspired, pushed, and motivated by the other folks. Worried about your age or your fitness level? Don't be. They make it work. The workouts are varied so you never get bored. Have or had some injuries? Don't worry about it. The coaches will modify anything so you stay healthy (or get better) and still provide you a challenging workout. By the way, I could do a separate review just on how good all the coaches are. Finally I will tell you that I assumed a high level of expertise from the coaches. What I didn't expect was to make friends and feel part of a community like I have and do. Dr. Debra Schroeder and her chiropractic & nutrition practice, Health From Within, was a referral…read morefrom several of my close friends and associates working in golf and sports. For 3+ weeks a condition of pain and stiffness was growing in my neck, shoulder and arm. I had found an excellent masseuse who could deliver temporary relief (24 - 48 hours) but the work was not eradicating the pain. And sitting at my desk at the office using a keyboard and phone was only causing more problems afterwards. Then,.... my visits to Dr. Schroeder. What a difference in both practice, approach and results. Mind you I have only had two visits. The first visit consisted of x-rays of my neck, a gentle probing and examination of my flexibiliy and strength in my neck and shoulder areas (comparing the left/good side to the right/bad side). A look at my neck vertebrae via x-ray showed some problems I won't bore you with but Dr. Schroeder went right to work. She did tapping, gentle turning, some pressures and some adjusting - I came away feeling better and with lessened pain. The second visit just 2 days later was much of the same..... and when I awoke in the morning (yes, I did get some sleep) to my delight I had near zero pain and increased flexibility. READ AGAIN: In just two 45 minute visits with some chiropractic work on my neck and shoulder Dr. Schroeder had taken me from severe discomfort and pain to near zero pain and increased flexibility. Of course, this pain-free living must continue so continued sessions are needed as I remain hopeful. How can I not be convinced to follow her recommendations for the next two weeks which will consist of two to three full deep tissue massages and continued chiropractic work? Dr. Schroeder says I will be given excercises to retrain muscles in my neck for better posture and she's confident adjustments that will decrease over time will serve as preventitive medicine for neck and shoulder pain. Life is good when it is pain free. Hooo haaaaa!

I find that with my job and lifestyle, it helps keep me pain free and more relaxed than otherwise if I have regular chiropractic adjustments. I've been lucky enough to have had two other wonderful regular Chiropractors in the past in both Florida and Canada and have visited some others occasionally as well during that time. Whenever I move to a new area, I always hope to find a Doctor that matches up to my expectations and good past experiences. Not all Chiropractors that I have been to do, but Dr. Schroeder has definitely done so! I have been visiting Health From Within monthly for at least the last 6 months now, and have found Dr. Schroeder to be very personable, knowledgeable and proficient at getting me to be 100% pain free whenever I have any back or foot issues. In addition, since I am Diabetic and have been dieting, it is great to have someone who I can also get nutrition advice from when needed. Also, the office staff has always been very good. Nothing can turn you off visiting an office quite so much as when the first person you talk to on the phone or who greets you at the front desk is less than cordial. Both Deb and Maddy at the front desk have been the nicest people you could ask for! If you are in the Dublin area, and are in need of a Chiropractor or Nutritionist, this is a very good place to come to!
