I got in my car to leave and when I sat down, it was like I was in a different car. A much newer and cleaner car. The shifter is so clean and different looking. Like a nice leather or rubber material.. in like a really good way. It makes you think, my god, how dirty was it. Then it's almost embarrassing... but then I became happy again because I just love what Danny did to my car. I honestly had no idea this car had such nice carpeting until this detailing. They look amazing. A week later I'm still loving it. Headlight polishing made visibility at night back to normal - as If new. First she tried to claim that it didn't happen there, then she changed her tune and agreed to fix the damage but told me that there Painter was on vacation and i would have to wait for him to come back fully knowing i was moving to Florida in one week and never did the repairs and refused to reimburse me when i had the bumper repaired in Florida. I asked if there was anyway they can work with me with the price and the flat out said no. Not only that but they were so rude and cold that not even once did they ask if I was ok from the accident. Everyone i spoke to from other people involved to all the insurance people that was the first question Everyone asked but not them they were only focused on overcharging me to have my truck there for less then 24 hours. We couldn't have been more satisfied. When we picked her car up we had an indication on the dash that the Steering air bag sensor was not functioning and we needed to go to the dealer. We brought the car to Lexus and paid almost $2000 for the replacement air bag. Inquiring what happened the technician said it was 'shorted out' which I said was impossible because we don't drink/eat in the car. The technician ran the vehicle's computer and it showed that it was shorted out while being detailed and said that this is common accident - can happen to anyone while cleaning your car - they see this a lot. I called Chris, the owner, and explained what had happened. He said to send him the computer print out for the car and my repair receipt which I did. He immediately reimbursed me for the entire repair- no questions asked. This incident was totally an accident- not carelessness on anyone's part. It just happened- the world is not a perfect place -stuff happens. I want the reader to know that this is a professional shop, do great work at a reasonable price and are stand up people. Chris the owner is an honorable trustworthy man. Would I go back again? 100 % I would -and will!! Going to schedule my next cleaning this spring
