While they offer reasonable value and their work seems entirely adequate, their hours send a clear message they don't actually want your business. Supreme is the word. These people know their stuff. The shop isn't set up like a department store, it's essentially a factory, and that's fine! I love all the feather everywhere. Looks like heaven. I took my pillow that i bought there about 6 months ago to get cleaned expecting it to be done professionally as a dry cleaner would, but turns out they don't have a proper machine and used a normal washing machine to clean it and it PONGED like chemicals afterwards because i didn't expect them to treat my pillow like a cat would a mat. Then when i went back there a few times to try to get the pillow adjusted again they didn't even have time to bother with me again. Go to Dyne adelaide instead. read more
