I did my rounds in attaining quotes from the big termite companies, they were very expensive and told us we had other pest issues we would have to take care of when initially we just called for termite/fumigation. Ultimately I got a recommendation for Encite. At our first meeting Mike was honest and straight forward and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, we knew we had to take our business to them. Mike confirmed what we assumed already about the other companies that they had lied to us about issues just to upsell their services. Since the fumigation we have had no issues and have since become quarterly pest control customers with Encite. Adam has been attentive to any issues we have with pest, we used to have a lot of ant issues and we no longer have those large ant infestations we would normally always expect after rain or in the summer.

They asked if I could abide by the first schedule of 11-1 and I requested a more specific time rather than the two hour window (since they missed the first window). Adam said no; "that's not how we do business", and when I said that is unacceptable he hung up on me. The rudest people.

    I have been using this company for several years now and have had no problems with their service or…read morework. Someone is always there to answer my calls and schedule service. I want to be there when they pull the traps to see what was caught and also to answer any questions I might have. Current servicemen were Alex and Sam (several trips out) and they were great. I pay a monthly charge to have Gopher the Kill on call should I have problems. With this system their charge per incident is significantly reduced. That works for them and me because sometimes there will be months between any need to have them out. Highly recommend.

We had them out, they told me a price, and explained that I would be shown the dead animals before being charged and then we scheduled service. They charge a service fee per visit and then a fee per animal killed on top of that. I thought that was a little bit of an odd model, but I didn't think it was bad, so I agreed. They came, buried the traps, and then returned in a week. I got an email invoice showing a charge. Nobody showed me any gophers or anything. I politely mentioned this when the boss came back and he apologized, reset the traps and said he'd see me the next week. They came back and said they caught more and showed me a little grainy photo of a dead animal that could have been taken anywhere at any time. Every time they visited, they tried to get me to sign up for a monthly fee that makes no sense. It gives an insignificant discount on the catch fee. Overall the subscription fee would add up to much more than the discount. It makes no sense. After the 3rd time I declined, they ghosted me completely. There was no conflict, there was no complaint from me (other than the polite mention that I didn't know they caught anything the first time.) They just reset their traps and never returned. I've emailed, and called and nobody has replied. Their traps are still buried in my backyard. It's been about 6 months. And before you reply, business owner: It's too late. Don't bother. I'm not going to change this review and you've had multiple chances to do the right thing. Nothing you can do now will improve the situation.
