I was immediately greeted by two genuinely friendly faces the moment I crossed the threshold to the business. I no sooner mentioned what my business there was, and they said my name (excellent pronunciation too) and escorted me to the conference room reserved for our business. After being told I don't qualify, despite stable job and plenty of income. Made another call to a legit company and, at a much lower rate, with no closing costs, was told the refi can be done! If you want to waste time and money, call LoanDepot. They lost a potential, good paying client, over lack of customer care and sheer unwillingness to be honest.
