Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text. Based on other 1-star Google/Yelp reviews, we're not the first people he's done this to. I recommend taking your business to someone who will actually follow through on what they sell! That said, this is the most convenient stop when you want to clean the inside of your car. Pull up, vacuum and get out in a handful of minutes with lots of space and no lines. I'm more of an automatic car wash kinda gal, but this is also a fun place to come to clean the car with kids if you're not too concerned about the finished product.

He was friendly, courteous, and respectful, and was very careful with the vehicle, putting a lot of time and effort into cleaning the exterior and interior. I had a stain on the back seat from carrying a leaking bag of trash to the convenience center (I won't do that again!), and he used stain remover on the upholstery and paid extra attention to that area.
