My sheets come back tumble dried and fluffy clean the same day. My sports clothes (lycra) come back next day, all air dried and neatly folded (not dumped soaking wet on a hanger and covered up in plastic *other local cleaner* so it smells worse than before!) Well, I can't really leave a review because I'm confused about their services. I went online for a…read moredrop and fold laundry service that is open 24 hours. This one came up but when I call, it's just an answering service so I'm confused about whether I should even go there to try to drop off my laundry .... be a little bit more specific with their times and availability and what they can offer at different times... just a suggestion. I'm from New York and drop&fold is the only way I like to do laundry along with most others, and there aren't enough of them (drop n fold laundry places 24/7) around here so looking for one is hard enough and being being confused about whether to go there makes it even more obvious that they need more Drop n fold laundry in the area...

This business serves the function of getting your clothes washed, but there is always an issue. My issue with the Ye Olde Washaus locations, including today, is the maintenance of their machines. Today I used 2 small machines and one is working fine. The other has considerably less water, which I'm actually not surprised to see. Disappointing, but I don't really come here much anymore, I guess I hoped that some things here would be better. It honestly gives the impression that the owner is ok with the low maintenance... & I can bet that the owner doesn't wash clothes here to know all of the operational issues. I am not trying to bash this business chain, I just feel like they could be a little better. I would recommend this business but, just be aware of the issues. This time I took a video of both machines but I'm not sure if it will post!
