When working in a busy office, it is easy to overlook some of the things that occur to make everything run smoothly; one of those things being a clean office environment. It's usually just expected that your office will be clean. When Dora came to clean my office, she not only did a fantastic job, but she left my space feeling refreshed and new. My staff even noticed and commented on how much better they felt coming to work the day after Dora had just cleaned. I felt like I could concentrate and be more productive in my refreshed work space. Dora is very thorough and takes pride in her work, and she is super friendly too:) She was able to work around my schedule when it was convenient for me, which was awesome. My only complaint would be that she doesn't travel to AZ to clean my space where I currently live! Lol

My house was a tough job because we had cedar shingles that had sun damage on the front and a…read morepainting was overdue. I got several quotes for the job with a very wide range, which shows me some paint companies will price gouge. One person was nice but used foul language as if I were a drinking buddy and not a potential customer. One seemed incensed that I was getting multiple quotes (his was over $20K, by far the highest). And then there was Mike from 360. Mike was the most personable. Mike is not a paint scientist by any means, but he brings a paint specialist to the table to discuss options so I have no problem with that. By contrast, one of the competitive company owners does the painting himself, but he had a potty mouth and disparaged other companies. I chose to go with 360 because Mike was professional and kind and because he offered a competitive rate. I ultimately chose a semi-solid stain for my house, which proved to be not the best decision because the nature of this type of paint is that it can look different on different shingles, even if they both look the same initially. We had some ups and downs with the project (for example, we had to replace shingles due to woodpecker damage and now those shingles stand out because of the semi-transparent nature of the stain but that's not the fault of 360 Painting). They were clear upfront that the stain does show what's underneath somewhat (that's part of the charm of the semi-solid stain actually). We're happy with the result (and the new shingles should fade over time). Ultimately, Mike delivered on his company's promise to go above and beyond to deliver satisfaction. The house looks much better than before we started the job. The best endorsement I can give is next time I need painting, I will give Mike a call.
