They found a hidden septic line above our tank (long story there), but were able to skillfully remove our underground tank without having to cut the line and repair it later. They are honest and fair when it comes to pricing and are experts when it comes to tank removals. I highly recommend them to others as I'm confident you will have the same experience we did - you are in good hands with them!

Apparently, did not check toilet, because one flush handle was broken, and today it just cost me $850 to replace one toilet. Also, garbage disposal in sink was not working and slop sink was clogged. Too many things were missed. Art took off money for not showing up on time. When I told him of the issues he came out and was able to unclog the slop sink. Promised to come back the next week for the toilet and garbage disposal, but never responded or showed up.

As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect nor how to compare inspection services. But…read moreafter one phone call to Abe, I was pretty set and confident on Abe's Home Inspection Services. Over the phone, he was able to answer all of my queries and gave me a quick run-down of all the different services they provide and an accurate quote for an inspection on the house. He was also able to answer all of my "what-if" questions and ease my nerves by giving me a step-by-step on what to expect. Although my window for inspection was only 7 days, he was also able to squeeze me in for an inspection and got me my report within 3 days! I'm super grateful for that. On the day of the inspection, Abe and Nick let me join in on the process and even encouraged me to take my own notes. Every step of the way was a learning process for me and I gained a ton of new knowledge on structural info, safety, energy saving tips and more on the house. Abe gave me a packet and some goodie bags. The retractable tape measure with sticky notes and pen is really cool. He also put in some candy if you're feeling peckish, some hand sanitizer, flashlight and bandaids--all super useful stuff. Folder includes info packets, and even a final walk through checklist.
