Unfortunately, my buying experience was horrible. In April I found a 1970 Chevelle 454 SS that was $63,000 at Supersport Classics in Florida. I inquired on the process as I am in California. This was a purchase for my retirement. The car was nice in pictures and after reading reviews and researching the company as best I could, I contacted Shannon regarding the car. Shannon was not very forthcoming and basically just stayed silent and answered my questions with short answers. I have never owned a classic car, so I was asking how it ran and if there were major rust issues and he said as far as he knows No. Now I should of took his shortness as a red flag, but I trusted the company. I went a head a purchased the vehicle and asked to have Vintage Air installed. That brought up the total to approximately 68,000. During the install of the Vintage air, they recommended upgrading to a CVF Serpentine system to help with the added draw on the car and to help the cooling on the car. I approved of the add on, now I am at 71,000. Approximately 3-4 weeks later the car was finally done and the called and said I should upgrade the radiator with electric fans to also help with keeping the car cool. So, another 2000 dollars. Now the worst part as I agreed to these upgrades. I finally get the car 6 weeks after I purchased, and the delivery guy says just so you know the car is leaking oil all over the place. I parked the car in the garage since it was delivered at 10:00 p.m. and the next morning during the very first drive in town, the car is puking coolant in the parking lot, not to mention the rear main seal had left quite mess in the garage. The car was running at 230 degrees in 80-degree weather. I drove the car a total of 80 miles or so over 3 days and the car constantly ran at 230-250 degrees never reaching speeds over 65 mph. I parked the car until I could have it towed to my brother's classic car mechanic. Once he looked at it, he discovered 3 cylinders were over 200 degrees different than others, so they are going out and I need a new motor. So, after spending 73,000 not including the taxes which took it to 80, I need a new motor. The car also had the exhaust pipe hanging down unsecured from the frame, the yoke to the transmission is wrong and the drive shaft moves like crazy just by moving it with your hand. There are other somewhat small issues that are needing repair as well. Point is, I expected after spending that kind of money I should have a drivable car. I contacted Super Sport Classics via email, and they forwarded to their service manager Zach. Who I think is awesome and they did do a phenomenal job on the install of what I purchased. While trying to figure out a solution it was determined I am screwed, it is a used car. It was relayed to me that they purchase cars for resale but don't go over the car very thoroughly, so basically if it looks good, they charge a fortune, but they have no idea if the car is mechanically sound. So, if you are in the market be very diligent and have someone go look over the car because I got lipstick on a pig. Too bad to because I am in the market to purchase a 68-72 Chevy C10 and I still want my dream car 67 Nova. I will not be buying those vehicles from Supersport Classics. read more

Purchased a car from these guys in October. The "Pre Delivery Checklist" is supposed to go over the details of the car. You would expect any issue and minor cosmetic things that show up would be addressed. They were not! Glove box lock didn't work. Glove box insert fell off 2 days later. 11 interior screws were missing, emergency brake didn't work, speedometer didn't work, chrome trim on rear was loose, oil and filter were dirty, less than a 1/4 tank of gas on the car, rear windows didn't function, none of the lights worked. Ben the sales rep was very helpful. When you point something out to their "finance guy" his answer was, '"You need to get educated." The disdain, lack of customer service and disrespect from this guy was atrocious and embarrassing for any company! Ask them about any documentation to support their claims and the room goes silent. Do your due diligence before buying. Inspect the cars thoroughly. Do not buy any of their after purchase offerings whatsoever. Horrible attitude for a business. Plenty of better choices out there that treat people with respect and care about their reputation. Buyer BEWARE!!! read more

Wish I read the review prior to purchase, looks like you better do due diligence and not just take their word, purchased vehicle in January, was told they did a final drive before delivery and found issus with brakes and power steering, waited and then when delivery was schedule never got a call, when I checked transport said they had a cancelation in Huston so they were waiting for another contract from there before they continued. Price of transport never changed. Got car several days later. Then have had to replace generator, powered steering unit and carburator rebuilt. Understand they are older classics but when they are suppose to be your specialty and advertised as driver ready. They should be, not happy in Colorado.​ read more

I bought and 70 chevelle in November 2024 and wen the car was ship to me I was very unhappy with the car. While I was talking to Shannon on the phone doing those whole process he assured me that this car was a very nice car i need a video call to see the car so I couldn't see the flaws in the car but Shannon once again assured me that I won't be disappointed so I went with his word. But that was truly not the case at all the car doors wouldn't close flush and got and gap in the door jam,the hood is loose my electrical system is not right I have no lights inside the car at night and every time I cut the lights on my gauges on all the way down but if I leave the lights off the gauges goes back to normal my passenger side front lights are very dim. So at this point I took my car to the shop and that's wen we discovered even more we had to take the door jam weather stripes off and that's wen we discovered rust on the bottom of both doors and inside the doors were they put new glass windows in their was broken glass inside the door where they put the new glass in. And not to mention I paid alot of money for this car. SO PLEASE DON'T TRUST SHANNON OR THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS SUPERSPORTS CLASSIC IS A COMPLETE JOKE . Now I have to pay more money out of pocket to get this car fixed. read more

My dealings with this dealer are mixed. The negative part of my experience revolved around my salesman Shannon. I was fed a whole lot of lies about the history and condition of the car I bought. I was told the '68 Camaro I purchased had an extensive rotisserie restoration in 2012 after which only 2000 miles were put on the car. The vehicle was never on their website and I just trusted their word and pictures given to me off cell phones. I asked multiple times to confirm these details and asked if the car was rust free as I had some slight suspicions about what was being said to me based on the paint condition and the overall condition of the engine bay in the few pictures I had. It was a black car so pictures only say so much. I also asked twice for a video walkthrough but was told that wasn't possible as the vehicle was on the lift getting worked on. They rushed me a contract and I signed to purchase based on the few pictures they sent me and mainly their word, which is my fault for making an emotional purchase and not trusting my gut. Come to find out after receiving the car, there was no rotisserie restoration or documentation of this restoration which Shannon said was all documented in a binder included with the car with documents and $90k worth of receipts. Also the car has rust in the most obvious spots which made me furious that I was lied to about this issue. I asked Shannon for almost two weeks to provide me the binder which documented the restoration, which has yet to appear. I called the dealer to voice my concern, I talked to Aaron, who I guess is in charge. He confirmed there was never a rotisserie restoration, much less a $90k one in 2012 like I was told. Yet, they said I can pay them more money to have the body of the car put into the condition I was already told it was in. They offered to do it at cost, but after thinking about it I'd rather not pay them any more money for correcting their lies. On the brighter side, I had Zach and their service center do a lot of work on the car. Zach was a joy to work with and they did a very professional and clean job on everything. The car is really in great condition outside the rust, but by them telling huge lies that weren't necessary at all to make the sale it made my expectations so high that the obvious outcome was only dissatisfaction. Buying a classic car is a fun and emotional experience. Super Sport Classics knows how to hype this up as well as offer services that will make your car into anything you want, which is great. But, at the end of the day they are used car salesmen, in every sense of the term. Be careful and tread lightly read more

Total scammers. $22000 car advertised as a sweet headturner but delivered a car that wouldnt start and after getting it running it failed state required inspection to get sticker,for too many issues to even list here. I would stand clear of this place. They are very dishonest about the condition of their vehicles. Do not trust the google reviews as I have been monitoring them since I got my car December 2023. The bad reviews always disappear and I have talked to most of the people who left bad reviews and they say they are not removing them, so it would seem someone is, so who? My car was described as SHOW QUALITY and Envy of the Neighborhood and it was far from it. I have noticed now though the majority of their cars are described this way. I unfortuanetly purchased my car sight unseen and they are good about hiding issues I will just say that. Here it is September 2024 and I still am not able to drive my car. I purchased a 50K SHOW CAR from them that turns out it needed a restoration, and no flaws were pointed out to me. Some other shady stuff went on as well but you get my point. I can be partly to blame for not looking at car first but I took their word and their great reviews (of course now I know the bad reviews don't stay up long). I would definetly steer clear of Shannon, the salesman that Aaron (Owner) told me he fired because of his dishonesty, which he is still there screwing people over (another shady thing). Such a shame to do this to people. Just to name a few things, suspension horrible and unsafe to drive, oil leaks everywhere, tires dry rotted, paint issues (to many to mention), dings/dents, interior was horrible and smelled of mold/mildew.
