    My child was placed in this nursery and it has been a truly shocking experience…read more The turnover of staff referred to by an ex-employee can be endorsed as a parent. My child had no continuity of care whatsoever. Transparency with the fee structure is a big issue. No monthly invoices are sent out to parents. Different parents are charged different prices. Mistakes in monthly payments by direct debit are endemic. Check your account very very carefully if your child attends this nursery. The nursery charges for all 52 weeks of the year but is closed for the entire Xmas-New Year period. Management are shambolic and frequently fail to respond to parental correspondence. The nursery seems to be sued regularly - by HMRC and by suppliers. I cannot stress enough that you should read all the Care Commission and HMIE reports. They are not good.

There has been a constant team in her room for a few months now and new members of the senior team who seem to know exactly what they are doing. From speaking with other Mum's and colleagues with kids at nursery staff turnover is always going to be a potential issue whatever nursery they attend. My little girl adores the staff and is delighted when we arrive there in the morning. They could not be more caring and interested in her and her development, and my baby only attends 2 days per week, but that does not seem to impact levels of attention nor interest. We have had the odd issue with billing, but it has always been rectified. I can't comment on different people being billed different amounts and not sure how anyone apart from someone who worked there would know that? Anyway I wanted to put across a different viewpoint as we are really happy with the care and attention of the staff, and think the reviews below do the current staff a real disservice.
