An excellent nursery, well run, well equipped, with a caring attitude and an educational…read moremethodology that truly encourages the children to explore and learn. As far as I can ascertain both parents and local council applaud its achievements. The only disharmony I have seen occurs when some children are unhappy to leave the place at the end of the day, a recommendation to other mothers.

My child attended this centre for a number of years, and I feel received very poor service. The…read morestaff were lacking in attention and the facilities poor. I was spoken to by one of the key members of staff about my child's behaviour and made to feel very unwelcome - I also do not believe the staff member in question was able to deal with the discipline required of their position, and was overly sensitive for someone that must respond to children every day. I was also charged for many days that I had explained I could not confirm until nearer the time, due to illness. I have spoken to a number of other parents in the area that feel the same way. I would not recommend this as a good care centre for any child.
