The entry fee is great, and it looked like they had a decent selection before the lot had cleared. This seemed to be the only pick and pull junkyard in the Papillion/Bellevue area, but they also have locations in Omaha and Lincoln if you're willing to make a longer trip. Pro tip for first timers to this yard, wear shoes you don't care about because there's like this moon dust everywhere that will cake your shoes. Learned that the hard way, haha. Thanks for a fun experience finding parts for my car, I'll be back again.

I encourage anyone in the market to buy a car to check here first because their selection, service and prices are hard to beat.

They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.

We will see if their check goes through, they wrote me a check for my vehicle and the bank is saying theyre unable to cash it. So I'm out of the car AND the money for said vehicle. The dealership said they get it taken care of immediately, but didnt do so and now I eont be able to get paid for the car they bought and took possession of for a week until I have another day off to go to the bank. Pretty angry at the lack of follow through and the "well. There's nothing we can do about it" attitude from the dealership. I would not recommend working with this dealership to anybody, and at this point I'm just hoping I don't have to go to the police to deal with not being paid for my vehicle.

I immediately initiated a vehicle transfer, but CarMax delayed the arrival and inspection of the vehicle until after the appraisal expired -- a delay entirely caused by them, not me.When I attempted to resolve it, the store offered no accountability, no explanation, and no solution. Every response was a scripted deflection. CarMax's lack of transparency and internal coordination turned a straightforward transaction into a preventable failure. If this is their definition of a 'transparent process,' it's deeply misleading.

I asked them how much it would cost to put the tire sensor in my rim and put the tire on my new rim, and they quoted me $25. They said that they only accepted cash, so I left my car with them and I walked around the corner to an ATM at the store next-door to grab cash. When I came back. They had my car finished so I paid them. When I came back the guy that came outside to give me my key said that it would be $40. I was very pushy about the issue. I told him I have been quoted 25 after a minute or so and talking to his boss, he agreed to $25. Since that's what his boss had originally agreed with me on. When I got in my car, my tire sensor light was on and it said that I had zero tire pressure. They had not put my tire sensor back on the rim. When I asked the guy about this, he said that was not part of the service that he quoted me for. I just kind of assumed that the $25 was to put the tire and sensor on the rim correctly and I thought that I was getting a great deal. Overall, this was a horrible experience and I did not get what I paid for. I had to take my car somewhere else to get my tire balanced, and my tire sensor for back on my rim. Throughout this entire interaction, the general feeling that I got was that I was in some kind of sitcom and that I was somewhere where a lot of illegal stuff happens. A lot of that was due to the aggression that was shown to me when I asked about my tire sensor.
