My request was simple, I said what l needed and asked for price estimates based on my situation as well as asked a couple of questions. Edward from MacTax Solutions was the first to respond to my request and he provided me with everything I requested plus more! He gave me an estimated quote based on what I had provided but he also asked me additional questions to make sure I was getting the help I actually needed. He also gave me the option to continue remotely or in person! Once we got the details settled, Edward confirmed again the pricing and I was all set to continue. I decided to do the remote option and it truly made my whole experience a great one. I was able to submit all my required paperwork through their secure app where I also had access to seeing the forms he was completing for me. He was very communicative with me throughout the whole process and even walked me through all the paperwork over the phone before payment was even requested. The reason I chose them was due to all the other businesses not offering me any estimated pricing or even acknowledging my requests. All other places (and I'm not exaggerating) sent me basic and generic messages asking me to either call them to schedule an appointment or to let them know what day/time I could go into their office.
