Otherwise, his driving was a little scary; we were picked up not super early in the morning (between 9-11am), but he looked like he was struggling and swerved 2-3 times to stay in his lane. Even worse, my original driver had my car seats in storage so I needed to find a shuttle company that could provide car seats for my two toddlers. I booked at 4 am in Japan and my minivan with two car seats was confirmed less than 30 min later via Whatsapp. I landed at LAX and received a text from my driver, Ken. He arrived within 2 min of notifying him that we were out curbside with our luggage. The minivan and car seats were absolutely spotless.
