I brought in two tanks to be filled, and right away, things went south when I got back to my house. Both tanks were hissing and popping - extremely dangerous. When we brought them back and I brought it to their attention, the young kid admitted he'd overfilled them because he was "busy." Then, an older guy came out and started arguing that it was a bad valve, even though the tanks were perfectly fine before we brought them in. Instead of fixing their mistake, they strong-armed us into buying a whole new tank at full price! No discount, no apology, just terrible customer service and a dangerous situation.
