If you complain to management they start doing spiteful things such as sending packages away, even going as far as writing up false noise complaints. The reason I know they're false is because the complaints didn't start until 3 years after I lived there and my neighbors assured me that they never complained or heard any noise (outside of standard living) coming from my apartment.
