We had a good phone chat about what the possible approaches might be. He asked me to send photos, which I did. He called back to say that he thought the cracks did not need repair at this point and that we probably have several years before any repairs would be needed. I asked questions about a couple of other concrete-related projects, and he answered each one in a way that did not create new work for him. In other words, Brandon was helpful and honest and demonstrated integrity that can often be lacking in contractors who are focused primarily on creating more work for themselves. So refreshing!! When we do in fact need concrete work, we will call Brandon!

On 10/22 I returned to the store with photos of the inside of the dryer I purchased. The paint is peeling off the drum walls and will eventually rust and ruin our clothes. The finish lasted two years and then completely peeled off. Realizing the warranty had expired, we spoke with Mr. Major who tried to obtain a new chair on our behalf.
