Unprofessional, Unethical and full of drama. I worked for this company and the property manager,…read moreother colleagues and the residents were always complimenting me, or speaking highly of me. One of the female residents even bought me flowers one day stating that not only do I do an amazing job but that she purposely parks on my floors because it always smells so good and you can physically see how clean it is. However, the Supervisor for my location Cheryl King is an envious, narcissistic typical crab in the barrel. Never did not one thing to her but she consistently harrassed me and was really bothered that I have a light and an energy that people love. My light exposed her darkness. There were only 3 employees at my location which I was 1. Every time she came to my location she wouldn't check the other employees work, only mine. And literally be mad because my work was ALWAYS spotless. These photos are of another employees area with bugs. Once she started harassing me I simply ignored her but after 1 particular incident, contacted corporate to let them know. Also at the end of my shift, I would go check this area because this restroom is cleaned by a supervisor. She targeted me meanwhile I took over 20 various pictures throughout the whole month and always at the end of my shift. And in each photo you can clearly see the bugs and dirt in all of them. This is proof that she only checked my work meanwhile the other employee's work hasnt been done. Now lie about these photos. Cheryl King is deceitful, manipulative and a blatant liar. I'm not sure what she told the individuals at corporate but they fired me a few weeks back without cause. I was going to sue the company but I've already obtained a great job with a company and Irestify are the real losers. God doesn't like deceitful weights or lying tongues. Makes you wonder on what basis they hired Cheryl and undoubtedly the company as a whole is just as unethical as she is. At the end of the day GOD sees and vindicates his children. Let's see how long irestify keeps their contract with Cheryl as Supervisor. These photos don't lie. But Cheryl King absolutely does. I remember asking someone did they hear the lie she told and the response was which one. Everyone isn't fooled. Don't hire them and I wouldn't work for them either. You're not getting your money's worth when bugs and God knows what is left behind, those ARE bathroom walls you know. If I could give Irestify half a star I would.

The cleaners were on time, friendly, started quickly and did the work within the time and cost quoted. Everything we asked of them they were able to do and were respectful of our new place. I WILL use them again definitely.

They are fantastic - Sherab will even clean the stairs and landing outside of our apartment. I really like that they are conscious of the environment and bring their own cleaning supplies. Extraordinarily expensive for substandard services. The proprietor is charming but he cannot manage his staff, the turnover is incredibly high and there is zero continuity in quality or understanding between cleanings. What is most shocking is that Luciano, the founder, has become a huckster. He marks up any additional services by hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. He's little more than a middleman who takes advantage of folks without the time to find an alternative. What sickens me the most is that he casts himself as someone who's only in it to help immigrants find their feet in the country. I'm appalled by what I've discovered and I'm loathe think on the many ways he exploits his employees. Avoid this place.

But as soon as there is an issue -- or, as in my case, one of his crew members damages your property--he very quickly morphs into a nasty, trashy piece of work. So ironic because Brilho brands itself as this high end cleaning agency but you can't get more ghetto. To fix the problems caused by Luciano's unprofessional team, I hired Service Master Repair who were fantastic. They were punctual, friendly, and meticulous. A breath of fresh air after Hurricane Brilho lol.
