There was only one cashier with a very long line. I tried to go to another register because nobody was waiting there, but the girl working at the front told me I couldn't use it because it was only for customers with 15 items or less. Instead of trying to help customers or find a solution, she was rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak with a manager, but nobody was available. This is unacceptable customer service! Customers should be treated with respect, especially when the store is busy and there aren't enough cashiers available. Management really needs to pay attention to how the night-shift employees treat customers. I left extremely disappointed. WinCo needs to do better!

What upset me the most was that her behavior embarrassed me in front of other customers. I remained patient and respectful throughout the interaction, but I did not receive the same courtesy in return. Customer service employees should know how to treat customers with respect, and unfortunately, Veronica failed to do so. I believe Walmart should address this matter and provide additional customer service training to ensure that customers are treated professionally and respectfully.
