My husband and I have been using the services of this reputable company for the last two years…read more Our last experience was two weeks ago when we needed to have the drywall in our powder room repaired. Thompston sent Daniel to our home, and he did beautiful work repairing and repainting the drywall. He also installed a handle to make it easier for my handicapped husband to move about in this room. In addition, he then installed a handle in the shower room. The price we paid for these improvements was precisely what was originally quoted and most reasonable. We recommend Thompston to anyone seeking an honest contractor whose workers are both efficient and thoroughly effective!

I was recently injured and not able to give my home the love and care it needed and I was thrilled to find a service I could trust. I've never seen my glass or my laundry area that clean before and would definitely use them again. While the price tag was a bit high to me, I was made aware by people that utilize these kinds of services often that it was very reasonable. In addition Dominic told me it would be cheaper if it was a routine cleaning. If you're in the hunt for a reputable service I would recommend TAN for sure.

I didn't have a great experience with Dillon's…read more In my haste, I forgot to remove the porch cushions before the soft washing began. Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the quality of the work but also with how my concerns were handled afterward.

During the second visit, I stopped asking for cost, just gave a to do list then paid with CashApp when done. Subsequent jobs it was hard to get a response as to day/time. Although he seemed nice at first, after the first visit, felt like he was annoyed by me or something. I brushed it off as resting b-face but then communication became harder. He gave an excuse of phone issues but it seemed to ding and dong when he was here. For today's list I pushed and prodded to get a day/time. I did say that I would be home all day in order to work around his schedule. He said arrival 9:30-10am. Great, errands popped up but I moved somethings around to accommodate his arrival. Well after no show/no call, he rings me at 11:50 to say 12:30-ish. At this point I'm done. Getting a response and day/time commitments wore me out. Why am I chasing behind someone to work? My lists are like $500 each and are less than 8 hours of work. Sadly the professionalism that we started with crumbled and died a slow death.
