We had issues with the color/finish of the cabinet fronts not matching the rest of the cabinet. Apparently Deems Vendor had changed their finishing vendor between the time we selected our cabinets and had them installed. Matt worked tirelessly over a 6 month period to help us get the cabinet fronts that correctly matched the rest of the cabinets. He came out numerous times inspecting the replacement and rejecting them because there was not a proper color and/or finish match. I am confident that without Matt's assistance we would have not gotten the cabinets that we ordered. When working with Deems Kitchens & Counters ask for Matt on your job. You won't be sorry.

BE CAUTIOUS! I went to Deems to purchase whole solid wood cabinets to replace cabinets which were…read more12 years old and the particle board shelf supports failed causing catastrophic failure. I assumed with their rating I would have any issues. I went in with my wife told Jeff numerous times do NOT show me any cabinets with even an ounce of MDF or particle board-,and my wife said I embarrassed her by doing this, . We paid our initial deposit of 10.5 thousand. The day comes when the cabinets arrived and lo and behold on the second day of installation, but what did I see- shelf supports that were laminated particle. What disgust. Jeff responded the supports were particle board but were made so they would not fail- what a joke. I refused to allow them to install these shelf supports. In addition, I identified shelves that were missing, provided shelf had obvious scalloped defect and 4 inch groove, glass was absent, and the company was originally unwilling to repair the holes in the walls caused by the old cabinetry removal. I made a list but felt Jeff was being unresponsive, so I went to the warehouse. When I identified the issues, I inquired why did the quality control person not identify these issues. The spokesman stated they were too busy to have anyone do any QC on inbound shipments. If it was not for Bubba, the company would have ended with a 2 star review. In the following weeks, Bubba had the shop fabricate the missing shelves and the shelf supports from plywood. Jeff tried to say we needed to order additional shelves for the pantry cabinet that they were not included in the $21,500 cabinets we purchased-I guess people just order the box and the cabinet beside the kitchen cabinet did not require a shelf. I repaired the holes in the wall myself- wanted to know the backsplash was mounted on a solid surface! BLUFF(bottom line up front) I paid the extra monies to have no headaches- the same system from Lowes was approximately 6 k cheaper. I wish to thank Bubba for fixing the issues but my advice is to go to Lowes- easier to resolve any issues.

Statewide's installer…read moredropped one of the upper cabinets onto a 36" lower corner cabinet causing significant damage that while it was repaired, we're not sure how this is supposed to be brand new? They left two cabinet doors out of alignment and never installed the trim for the upper side of the cabinets. Their installer for our quartz countertops never sealed the counter around the top of the sink and left an overhang around it almost a 1/4 wider than specifications for the sink. They were paid in advance so that's probably why they figured they could blow off completing the job. We could not recommend this company and would steer anyone interested to someone with more concern for their customers.
