In July of 2025, I got fed up with him and told him to "f*** off" silently at the check-in desk. After this he then tries to get into a shouting match with me when I go up to the top floor. A normal employee who isn't doing anything wrong like stalking would be so weirded out by the situation to where he would go directly to the manager and report me; instead he wants to get into a shouting match with me. I reported this to Lindsay twice (the manager) and even had the Lake Zurich police involved yet Emmanuel is still being a creepy stalker following me around. This gym enables stalking.

I was most impressed with Midtown again, the remodel was excellent, the new locker room, new steam room, outdoor pool is huge and amazing, the fitness equipment is new and always available and never overcrowded, the personal trainers are longterm employess of the company, and very professional and experienced as a result, the food in the cafe is affordable and delicious and the gals in the cafe work hard and are good cooks, the new work area with tables with ports for your equipment is set away from the cafe and worlkout area and perfect to work, eat, then head to workout, and it all starts with the entry desk.
