I examined their work numerous times as I had problems with the old one leaking and wanted to head off continuing any old problems. They were very gracious and took my questions seriously and we agreed on a couple of maintenance items that they fixed very professionally. We had them come out to fix our hydraulic unit which stays cool with a refrigerated system. We stated numerous time the Freon may be low but they stated that it was fine. The first time the guy came out he spent an hour cleaning the condenser and said that fixed the issue. We had a problem with it overheating. Charged 3 hours! He didn't even stick around to see if that was the issue. Low and behold the unit still overheated. He came out again and brought a friend to watch so that means we were being charged for TWO GUYS!!!!! They spent an hour and a half trying to figure out the problem and said the pump that kicks the fan on was low on oil so they added some more and left. Again didn't even stick around to see if it fixed the issue. It did not. We spent a thousand dollars on those two servicemen and still our hydraulic unit was not working properly. Very poor customer service. I would highly not recommend Arrowhead.

Had wanted them to install a hose shower head as I have a back injury and am disabled since 2017…read more They informed me that the old fixtures would not fit new fixtures and that they would not be able to purchase them, so the owner had me buy a new style fixture (also for the sink.) The first plumber they sent was dilligent and the sink still works. The second plumber broke the latch on the shower access, bent the drain cover, failed to install the fixture in the bath properly and while using it weeks later, the fixture detached from inside, spraying water all inside the walls. Huber insisted the installation error was my fault for the part I purchased- I am not a plumbing expert, it's not my job to know what a good part is or not, and I merely purchased the part they told me to buy. A year later (after the owner himself assured me that he would look into fixing this) and my shower still leaks when used, the plug is not functional, the shower access is duct taped shut, and I paid Huber over 600$ for a broken shower. Far as I care, the owner failed us and ripped us off. I guess the sink works. Paid over 500 to another plumber for the basement damage, but we won't use Huber again in the house. Or our 2nd floor shower.
