Although I would be a little more inclined to use more often if they were friendlier. They are slow in receiving new products. I went looking for a new savlon cream a few weeks back and was told it wouldnt be available for about 2-3 months in any store. I then walked across to boots who already had the cream. They stock a larger range of traditional medicines and creams though which makes them a hit with the elderly.
