There are often after hours events and special parties, keep an eye out for the signs in the window. If you are not sure how a particular product works, sometimes it is not obvious what it is for as some products do look a bit odd, just ask a staff member and they will demonstrate it for you, you might even get a sample to try if there is something you are looking for. All the ingredients are clearly labelled in English, plus they don't test on animals.

When you find them, the staff are friendly and welcoming and are happy to help out.
