The pharmacist and staff are very friendly and they have a lot of stock in terms of medicines and toiletries. The entrance has changed which makes it much more accesible for the elderly, parents with buggies and disabled as its now got a ramp outside. It has everything you would expect from a local Boots branch and you can use your advantage card without having to go into town to get your toiletries. Overall a lovely practical, handy branch.

I only shopped on the lower level of the store that is where the photography, pharmacy, food and baby departments are. On the upper level (via lift or escalator) there are the usual toiletries, make up and perfume concessions. the store was very clean and the shop assistants were readily available to assist and serve me. The added benefit of shopping in Boots is using their loyalty card for 'advantage 'points and I have always found an advantage card machine available in this store.

When you find them, the staff are friendly and welcoming and are happy to help out. Cons The shop isn't laid out particularly well and it can be difficult to find things- but not as difficult as it is to find a shop assistant!! The entrance is also always cluttered and difficult to navigate, and there isn't as much choice in gifts as there is at Boots
