I'm just as bad now, although I tend to spend my spare pennies on lovely Bourjois eyeshadows instead! This is quite a big branch that sells a huge range of make-up and toiletries, from bargain basement ranges by Rimmel, 17 and Collection 2000 to more prestigious brands, like Lancome. There's also a dedicated perfume counter, photo lab, optician, pharmacy and a great baby section, selling everything from formula to cute kids' clothes. At the front of the store, you'll find fridges packed with tasty sandwiches, cold drinks and snacks for the famous Boots 'meal deal', too. Perfect if you want to grab a cheap, healthy lunch while you're out shopping!

They rearrange things occasionally which can be very confusing but the sales assistants are always very helpful and friendly. If I can't find something, there is always somebody around that I can ask. I have recently ordered some glasses from Boots and the service I received was great. I have a genetic eye condition that they hadn't seen before so they took photographs and had a good look at my eyes but they were always polite and made sure I had the time to spare. I don't think Boots is cheap really but they generally have a lot of offers on plus you get the advantage card points.
