The thing I particularly like about this store is it is quite relaxed. I suspect this is because it doesn't have as many 'pop in' shoppers as say the city centre store. So if you are going to gift shop, re-do your cosmetics etc and want to browse and take your time this is a really good store to choose.

There is also a photo desk at the back of the shop where you can print photos and get photo gifts. There is also a chemist where you can pick up prescriptions. The staff are freindly and always willing to help. The only downside of this shop is the price as it tends to be more expensive than places like superdrug. However you can collect Boots points and use them to get items for free.

The store is very well laid out with large, clear signs showing which floor and isles different items are on. Most of the items are reasonably priced however if you shop around at other stores (E.g. Wilkinsons or Bodycare) then you can get many of the items such as perfume, deodorant, razor blades etc for a little less. One big advantage boots have over the competition is the ability to collect points on your purchases which can be redeemed for money off future purchases. They also tend to have a lot of special offers, especially around Christmas time with many gifts on 3 for 2 or extra points.

The sandwiches aren't good - shapers, or any other brand - they are just plain awful - tasteless and overpriced, the choice isn't great either. The staff are not that warm, some girls who work there are nice enough but they all could be a bit more polite and helpful. The annoying bit is also that the shelves are not stocked very often, so when you want to e.g. want to buy the 3for 2 vitamins of one choice - there will be one or two items but not three. Some products are not replaced in days - annoying and frustrating. All in all, this Boots is not that bad but it is not that great either when it comes to choice and service.

The staff seemed friendly enough but even at a time where the store wasn't too busy, the checkout seemed pretty slow so the overall shopping experience wasn't as fast as I'd have liked. I managed to get the two items I came in for which were mouthwash and baby wipes, but I've never been unable to get them from a Superdrug store. 3* - OK, again a pretty average store, a decent store within Crewe but nothing too special.

The overall shopping experience just seemed uncomfortable. 2* - I really don't see the need for this store with a much larger location around the corner, especially with two stores in such a small town, the Pharmacy is useful and deserving of an extra star. It would make more sense if they put the Pharmacy in their other location, but maybe it isn't logistical for them.

They didn't seem to care about overall customer experience and clear passage of the store, it was such a mess that no one would be able to even squeeze past, yet it wasn't part of the store which was deliberately closed of either, meaning customers would have to walk in a giant circle all around the store.
