I brought my 10-year-old grandson in for a haircut today. When we walked in, there were two stylists working and only one other customer in the salon. As soon as we entered, the older stylist looked at us and loudly and rudely said, "Oh... she don't want me..." She then turned to the other stylist and spoke quietly so that my grandson and I couldn't hear what she was saying, but the other customer clearly could. I knew she was talking about us because as soon as she finished, both stylists and the customer looked directly at us. The older stylist then announced that she would take the other customer and that the younger stylist could take us "if she wanted to." The entire interaction made me feel embarrassed, unwelcome, and extremely uncomfortable. By the time my grandson was in the chair, I just wanted to leave. I wasn't even comfortable telling the stylist that his haircut needed to be blended better because I felt so awkward after the way we had been treated. No customer should feel singled out or talked about when they walk into a business. Regardless of what may have happened in the past, conversations like that should never take place in front of customers. I left feeling disappointed and embarrassed, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no one else has a similar experience. read more

My son got a hair cut, and instead of doing what the picture looked like she gave him a buzz cut. He was almost crying in the chair. Then tried to argue with me and say this is what she assumed I meant. Instead of clarifying before she buzzed his entire head. read more

When I go get my haircut I don't like to feel the animosity between different stylist. Every time that I've gone at the location there has been some sort of animosity between management and the other staff members. And I have noticed this trend happen for the past several months that the hairdressers that have issues with the manager and may have more of backbone than other people are shunned or talked down too. They seem to disappear within a few weeks of getting hired and their hours are cut or they seem to be called out more than other stylists. I feel the environment needs a revamp and management needs to actually take a step back and learn how to work with their fellow employees and not have petty feelings toward others which can be seen by customers if they know what they're looking for cuz energy and vibe when you walk into the store sometimes comes off as the stylist have something to say or want to change but if the bring it up they will get there head ripped off or their hours cut. read more

They are never organized at all no one available after calling ahead and when I got there still had to wait 3 employees there, one cutting hair and 2 or more in a meeting . They are always slow no matter what so frustrating read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I guess you get what you are willing to pay for. I walked out about an hour ago due to time, I came back and the men's hair cut customer that was waiting when I left (an hour ago) was just leaving. 3 customers ahead of me again this time. So again I waited an hour after my appointment time. One stylist is taking 3 customers to 1 for the other stylist. She is moving slower than a sloth. You can definitely tell they get paid by the hour and not by the service. I showed the stylist a photo of a pixie cut that had feminine lines and whispy sides and bangs. I made her stop cutting my hair after she cut the sides shorter than a man would wear and I even told her how I parted it and she still cut it straight down the middle. I left looking like Alfafa from Little Rascals. Beyond furious!!!!! read more

This place is horrible. I booked an appointment online like I always do. BUT, this time when I arrived, I'm told its first come first serve. If thats the case, then don't take reservations and take down your website that allows customers to make a reservation. This place has lost a lot of great hair stylist because yhe ownera treat them poorly. It's hard to get someone you like styling your hair because they end up leaving because of the poor management and leadership. I will never go back, tired of dealing with POOR service. read more

This has officially become my all time favorite salon! I've had James the past two times I've been here and he was able to cut my hair with layers the way I always wanted but could never get anywhere else. And just recently I decided to get a balayage. I was honestly a bit afraid to get it done because I was afraid it wouldn't be the right color that I wanted or not blended well but I was so very VERY happy with the way it came out. Do not go this salon. I went on Thursday to get a haircut, was never acknowledged when I walked in. When the stylist finished her client she made me wait till someone else, who had checked in on line, arrived. Her time was 11 am. She had me sit for 20 minutes waiting and still no 11 am client. The stylist there is very rude and unprofessional which is not the way I want to be treated. At 11:20 and the other other still had not arrived and I was still waiting I walked out. I will NEVER go back to that salon again and I do not recommend it to anyone else. read more

Just moved here from up North. I was not sure where to go for a hair cut. When I called....they were very friendly and took time to answer my questions. Brianna cut my hair perfectly. I also had a small braid done that only took her a couple of minutes to do. I was quoted $25.00 on the phone. She did not charge me. I now have the stylist I feel comfortable with.
