I told Beth exactly what I wanted with pictures and good communication. Although the owner refunded my money, it doesn't re-grow hair. Missy tried to re-style my hair to an acceptable style. But she couldn't put my hair back. She just cut off more. She also tried to cover for Beth but there was absolutely no mis-commutation. Beth simply didn't listen to me. I'm still very angry, and it has been weeks since my visit. I would never recommend this salon. Perhaps other stylists at this salon are good, but not Hair-by-Beth. Missy was a little disappointing as well. Her attitude, and then cutting more hair was a little misguided. I'm also upset because I diligently researched salons before selecting this one. But the fact remains. I got a bad haircut at Innovations Salon in Simpsonville, SC. And beware of a stylist who turns your chair away from the mirror to hide their mistakes.
