Worst place ever don't ever come here. They have the worst service. Wait is horrible and the people are horrible.

Always great haircuts at this Super Cuts! Our whole family has been coming here for years and they never dissapoint!

This location is nice. I went to this location because my Vanessa worked here. She does amazing work & if you trust her with your hair like I do you can find her at The Parlor Shop 2040 Lomita blvd. read more

Will not be going back. Service is horrible. Understaffed and the staff that does work there is not well trained.

Convenient, no-hassle location near Ralphs for basic men's cuts starting at $15+tip. You can anywhere from the classically trained cutting technique or ask for the personal touch design. The ladies are always friendly. Sara wasn't there this last time that I went, but she's the easiest person to talk to. Morning's are clearly the best time for walk-in's, but putting your name down for appointment slots by phone is cake. read more

Went there Sunday at 5:15 in the evening - Was told they were all booked. Went there today at 4:45 was told next available slot was at 6:15. Went there at 6:15. Left at 6:40 in disgust. Is this place for hispanics only? read more

Quick appointments made this easy to get my sudden urge of polishing myself fulfilled. It looked clean inside and the girls there were very sweet and talkative. It was mostly guys that needed a trim and they seemed to be regulars. The girl who did my hair was very attentive and gave a nice cut and fast! read more

This Supercuts is alright. I came in on a Sunday and had to wait about half an hour to forty minutes without an appointment. The size of the shop is small and the staff is approachable/kind upon entering. I got a regular haircut for $15, plus tip. The stylist I had did a good job, so I would return again. Overall, it was just an average visit, with good business - only need to make an appointment next time. read more

THE WORST haircut ive ever had!! i mean if you obviously dont know what your doing with mens hair then why even try? Its not even that i dont like the style that i endd up with its juss the hair cut was horrible in every aspect.. i think my 5 year old sister could have done the same job with a pair of her safety scissors. read more

Stephine is the bomb! I found a stylist that LISTENED to me, understood my fear of making a HUGE decision to drastically change my hair, and even made a suggestion that I ended up loving! She's friendly and engaging when I feel like talking and quiet when I am. And did I mention the price? Oh my gosh, an amazing haircut for $16! I didn't know it was possible! I pray Stephine stays where she's at for awhile or at least takes my name and number if she makes a move. SUPERCUTS......Who knew! read more

Norma is an excellent hair stylist. Communicates clearly before cutting my hair, also gives incite on how my hair would look like if I decide to cut it to a different hairstyle. I also have gotten a haircut by Anna and Stephanie while Norma was away. They both are great hair stylists as well. I have been coming here for almost a year, and will continue to do so. read more

Just got back from my 1pm appointment at Supercuts. The Asian lady named Joy who cut my hair needs an attitude check. She asked me how I wanted to cut my hair and I explained that I wanted long layers all around. She did not do this and gave me short layers all around and insisted that it looks better on me and she used herself as an example that her hair has short layers all around. I've been wearing long layers for years and had good compliments on the way it looks. I don't agree with her personal hairstyle it's not to my taste. After cutting my hair she asked if I liked it, I asked her if she could add long layers in the back. She did not like this and started to put on a face and did the layers with a grumpy face. She also told me that I have to lighten my hair because it's hard for her to cut my hair since it's black and it's difficult for her to see the layers while cutting. I explained to her that black is my natural hair color. Not sure if she was having a bad day or dislikes Asian customers. All I know is you have to be professional if you are willing to working In customer service. In spite of this unhappy experience, I still left her a modest tip. I will make sure to speak to the manager today so other customers will not have this experience. I like supporting local businesses in my area and I will not let one bad apple like her who is Joy-less spoil the rest of the good hair stylists who work there. read more

Went here a few weeks ago to have my 9 year old hair trimmed after school... young lady said our wait would be 20 min so we went next door to get shaved ice for snack and came back.... we were next up... next thing you know the hair stylist said I needed to look at my daughters hair and she said she thinks my daugter has lice?? I looked and it was dandruff , I told her I use coconut oil to style her hair..... so next thing I know I'm going to urgent care pay co pay cause I have NO idea what lice looks like and possibly me and husband will have it.... daugter said the hairstylist kept looking in her hair and asked her if she had lice and made her feel bad and cry... dr said he didn't see anything and I googled to see how to look for lice and there's NOTHING in her hair.... so after co pay and stress All for nothing.... I didn't want to put a bad review on this place but I still feel I had to and I wanted to warn any parents that brings their child here to beware and prepared for their child.....I ended up going to a Beauty salon after this ordeal and there was no issue or problem..... read more

Anna is a super talented hairdresser. I am very satisfied with my hair cut and would love to visit here again. She not only used trimmer to cut my side hairs but also used scissors to give a uniform style to my hairs. read more

I hate paying a fortune to get my hair cut. I'd been going to Fantastic Sams which had done an OK but not wonderful job, but two of their shops near me had closed recently. Then I remembered going to Supercuts in Torrance once years ago when I worked nearby, so I decided to try them out again. Norma did my hair and she was wonderful. When she shampooed it she actually gave me a mini head massage which felt great. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions and offered suggestions, and I got exactly what I'd hoped for. It was what I'd expect from a really expensive salon but at a bargain price. Plus the services are priced a la carte so you don't pay for what you don't want. I splurged and got shampoo & blow dry, but I won't need to have them every time in the future now that I know I'll be getting a good cut from Norma. She did it surprisingly quick but I never felt rushed. It was a week day morning so I only had to wait a few minutes. When she was done she wiped around my hairlines and neck with a hot towel with tea tree on it and that felt great too. I will definitely be going back to Super Cuts and specifically to Norma. read more

All the way from east NY , never tried super-cuts before but this place feels good , I like it and both professional hair stylists Summer/Anna , must try they will definitely groom as you like. read more

If I could give no stars and still be able to post a review I would. I am sitting here in the parking lot trying not to cry. I brought in a picture, I showed Mahalia exactly what I wanted. It is not even close the angles are all wrong. It was a simple angled bob with one side slightly longer. It looks like she cut it all the same length and leaving just one long piece on the side that was supposed to be longer. I asked her to blend my bangs, she ignored them completely, until the very end and then said there was nothing she could do. The worst part is how extremely rude she was, she didn't listen to me, was arguing with me about what I could clearly see was a problem. She continued to be snippy and rude the entire time. As a hairdresser, she should understand that ruining a cut like that is miserable for the customer. Instead, she wanted to tell me how I was wrong and she was right. Then she said it would look different after she flat ironed it. Nope, the problem still there and she has still ignored my bangs. I finally said just to flat iron the bangs and all of sudden she's bringing the long random hair that while she made slightly less abhorring and flat ironing it with my bangs so now that same hair is hanging down the front of my face. I made her stop because it was just making it worse. So, I have a horrible haircut a half finished style and was argued with and made to feel bad for asking for what I wanted. Thank you so much. First and last time I will ever go to a Supercuts. Sad thing is I would've paid the same amount with me regular guy, But he doesn't work on Mondays and today was my only day off for another month and my hair needed to be cut. I'm just disgusted. read more

Customer service was excellent, there was a bump in the road when I customer named Darrel started making a huge scene for no apparent reason but the employees handled it very well. My hair cut came out really good too! read more

Was there yesterday, took my daughter for a haircut we had a asian hairstylist I believe her name is Joy. This lady is rude and has a horrible attitude and does not listen when you ask for a certain haircut. She became very bitchy when I told her that not what my daughter wanted. Luckily there was another hairstylist by name of Jazmin who stepped into save the day. If I gave any stars it because of Jazmin she did a great job and has wonderful attitude, she deserve 5 stars read more

So I just came back from trimming my hair. After 2 years of not cutting my hair I did not know where to go! But this was the closest salon to home, which is why I stopped by. I did not make my appointment and only waited like 10 mins. Vanessa (I think that's her name based on the business card she gave me) cut my hair and while cutting it she was very friendly! She cut only what I allowed her to, and gave me great tips on maintaining my hair! You pretty much get what you pay for. $15 for a cut, not too bad. read more

The woman who helped me had no customer service skills. All she asked was what number guard I got. She basically buzzed the sides of my head and tried to send me on my way. Worst haircut ever! I went to a Mexican barber for half the price and ten times the customer service. read more

I have gone here twice this year, I have long hair and just need to have the ends taken care of. Veronica has taken care of me and my hair. She is nice to talk to during the appointment, quick and efficient in her work, and gave me advice for taking better care of my hair. read more

i went in very unsure of how i wanted my hair cut. having a pixie i felt like no matter how i got it cut it would still have that awkward phase until it started to grow out. i walked in and Veronica sat me immediately. we tried to figure out what i wanted , laughing at the outdated books , and finally getting an idea of what would be a good fit for me. my whole experience was great , i felt taken care of and i walked out happy. read more

I tried to give this location another shot but what a mistake, the last 4 visits I called asking for Yadira and put my name on the list but when I get there she told me that she's going to lunch or that she's completely "booked" like wth? I called before going because I lived far from this location, well this was the last shot. read more

Ask for Sara. She is the manager and is excellent. I have difficult hair and she is always patient with my questions. She also held my hand when I got my hair colored for the first time. read more

Worst haircut I've ever had! Yadira did the opposite of what I asked, but to only half of my head!! I specifically said leave the length on top which she did on the right, but chopped it off on the left. Not only that, there are literal holes and uneven cuts everywhere. People are walking up to me at work saying, "what the heck happened to you?" They're saying it looks like the person who cut it never cut hair before. It was so lopsided I had a friend cut at least two inches off the right and it's still slightly longer. It can't really be fixed much more because you'd pretty much have to cut it all off. I have my nieces wedding to go to but now I'm almost too embarrassed to go. I was also growing my hair out and now I'm starting all over thanks to Yadira. read more

I've made this place my regular stop for cuts as it is on my way home from work. So far I've had Yadira, Stephanie and Norma, all of which were super cool and friendly, they always recognize me since I'm always here in my work uniform. I made an appointment ONCE because I was on a time schedule but even when I haven't, I've been in and out without more than a five minute wait. I will continue to come back here time after time. read more

Great customer service. Very professional staff. Love the call ahead feature, it really cuts down on wait time! Always happy with my cut and color! read more

Very satisfied with my trip to Super Cuts today! Friendly environment and a great trim !

Don't waste your time or your peace of mind here. Nobody here seems to understand exactly how long an inch is, they cut your hair twice as short as you ask them to. All the employees always ask me if I want my hair over my ears, and I say yes. One lady asked me if I do, and of course I said yes, but she left my ears completely exposed, not covered at all, the exact opposite of what I asked her for. I'm very unhappy with the way I look, and it's ruined my day. After many unsatisfying occasions, this has been the last straw. I will not be getting my hair cut here anymore. read more

Vanessa did a great job of cutting my hair ask my how i wanted it and did just like i ask very friendly and did not have to wait will be back to see Vanessa thank you again for a great hair cut read more

My first time ever going to supercuts and probably be the last. When I walked in, i got a warm welcome however I went in and knew exactly what I wanted done but left so disappointed. The lady the cut my hair did not listen to anything I said at all. I said i wanted a low fade, and she chopped my sides off all high and way too short. She tried to explain to me why 'it wasn't looking like a fade' before was because i had to grow the sides out so i told her that that's exactly what i did. It took me over month to grow my hair to get that fade and she just fucked it up. She tried to cover up her fuck up by trying to tell me that she knows about hair and how fast it grows when she should have just apologized. I also said in the beginning that i wanted my tail gone, she just responded yeah i understand but didn't do shit about it. Its a good thing she didn't touch it anymore, or she probably would have made it worse. Oh, and she didn't even clean the sideburns, i have like uneven fucking hair sticking out. I dont know her name but she was white and had short dark brown hair. If u ever get her, make sure she's listening to what you're saying before she shaves your head off. read more
