It was at least 2 sizes too big - they put a cap on me first, so I wouldn't notice it was too big. When I returned to Denver, I dropped it with my stylist. While highlighting, my stylist came across a huge black spot on the cap and some had transferred to the hair (I have pictures that corroborate). I called Lauren Ashtyn customer service and they called me a "LIAR" and accused me of making the black spot - refused to take it back and refund the purchase. UNBELIEVABLE!!! The guy at customer service said they even talked to Lauren herself and she said "NO". I have never been treated so horribly! I was suffering from an autoimmune disease at the time and I have muscular dystrophy. Perhaps at the Pop-Up, they thought they could take advantage of me given my disability. I told them I would write negative reviews and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I am now doing. In addition to the fraud, they made a terrible business decision, because I've purchased 16 wigs over the last few years from other, more reputable sellers.

I called them and they were super nice fitting me in the next day to fix it free of charge. When I left the next day I loved the color. However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.
