I came in on October 30, 2025 for my appointment with Olivia. The first thing I observed was a sign on the counter saying that there was tarot card readings in the back for $10. I turned and I almost walked out. I don't go anywhere where there are tarot card readings because being a Christian it is highly offensive. I don't care if you do that in your own space but it is not acceptable to have it in a hair salon setting. I was not the only customer that was offended by it. Second my hair color was a disaster. I walked out of the beauty salon in tears. I just wanted to leave after three hours of getting my hair done and it being turned completely gray with a lilac tint. The girl that did my hair was very nice but not qualified to do what I asked. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. I got the exact opposite and my hair was ruined. It was not even an ash blonde it was an ugly brown grey. When I told the girl that it was grey with lilac tint she said it should wash out but that she would fix it if I don't like it. I was not willing to see if she could fix it. I paid and left. I spent over $200 and I could have done a better job myself at home. I would not recommend the salon to anyone in fact, just the opposite. I had to spend more money to have my hair fixed. Thankfully I found someone at another salon that was willing to fix it right away. It was an awful experience.

After more than 15 minutes, I decided might just cancel, I had plans for Mother's Day and my time was not being respected. She emerged all of the sudden I guess after seeing me get up from where I was sitting, after I saw her laughing and giggling with coworkers. Not a professional first impression at all. So, after doing the deep conditioning treatment I asked for, she informed me that a blow dry would be extra and she charged me for a whole separate service which I wasn't happy about. She pulled my hair very hard during the blow dry, and I did not feel comfortable telling her anything because she was bring so passive aggressive. When I mentioned when she was done that my scalp tends to be sensitive, she said to me in a very snarky tone, "WeLl YoU CoUld hAvE tOlD me!" I thought that was so overly beyond unprofessional I am NEVER going to this location again. Also, she left a towel around my neck and left a horrible impression overall.
