She combines brown to his natural grey-ing hair and it turns out beautifully. It makes him look younger. I walked in on Saturday. Mary cut my hair, and she did a great job. She is also really friendly and easy to chat to. She understood the cut I wanted and gave some helpful suggestions. I recently dyed my hair blonde and the bleach just killed my all natural virgin hair for many years. I was deeply in need of a trim to cut off all my dead ends bc I was shedding like a cat at home. My appointment time was at 9:30 AM I called before last week and the lady I spoke to told me around that time they are usually busy. Since it was my first visit to Supercuts, I was not familiar with the stylists., so I just filled out the form for a haircut, shampoo and a blow dry. Parking was easy , and there were plenty of spots. I was greeted immediately, and Maria did the shampoo, and listened closely to my requests for the style, and followed with the blow dry. I'm always a walk-in, so I never know who's going to cut my hair. 90% of the time it's done the way I want. Sometimes I have to cut some missed hairs, due to my cowlick, but I expect that. 99% of the the time the hairdresser does what I ask, but I have (not on this occasion) had one or two argue with me, or layer my hair when I clearly said blunt cut. But, I go back. Not sure it's for everyone though. read more

Honestly Carmen is excellent here! She is so, so sweet and does exactly what you ask for. I've gotten my hair colored here by her twice and have been happy with the results. When I called before and asked who they recommended for color (specifically going lighter), they always said Carmen and I'm glad I trusted the recommendation. She is always working hard and makes sure you're happy with the final result. Also be sure to tip! It is appreciated and definitely deserved! I usually do the online appointments or call ahead and have no problem getting in. I've also recommended her to my mom when she was visiting, for a root touch up, and she did an amazing job both times she went. I think prices are very affordable and no longer need to search for a local place. read more

I went in yesterday 4/12 and asked for the back bottom of my head ti be shaved then layered the rest of my hair... It wasn't till I got home and my husband looked at my hair and showed me the picture he took that the lady did a horrible job. The back is not straight, at all and my left side of my hair (for the layer part) is longer than my right. not to mention the back where it is shaved is higher than where I wanted so now i have to fix it to be evened out which then, as shown in the picture is way higher that what i wanted. read more

Haircuts are fine at Supercuts. My review is based on their online reservation system. It's a disaster. I bought their annual plan. So I'm kind of committed. Several times I made an online reservation for a specific time. Then when I showed up the lobby was full of people waiting and maybe 2 stylists working. I'd have to wait 20-40 minutes for my turn. On top of their ridiculous reservation system they accept walk ins. Which makes the experience worse. Supercuts is fine for people who have time to waste. But if you're a busy person with an organized schedule then stay away. Supercuts corporate should learn from Great Clips. When making an online reservation, they will text you when it's time to come in. So there's no wasted time like with Supercuts. read more

The good: You can make appointments online! I made my appointment for 9:15 AM at 9AM the same day. The appointment portal isn't available during hours that the shop is closed. My haircut was inexpensive (for a women's haircut) at $23. The price was the same for my husband. The haircut was very quick with a 15 minute waiting period (I got my cut around 9:30AM). My hair dresser was very nice and could tell that my haircut was formerly A-line esque. This was my first haircut since March (pre-quarantine) so I was a little bit nervous about how the mask and haircut would work. The bad: They don't currently have a dedicated receptionist (though they used to). Under new management, the receptionist got cut so the stylists have to get the phone now. However, when the stylist is with a client and cutting hair, they aren't allowed to go grab the phone due to COVID rules they have to follow (of not touching a bunch of communal stuff while working with a customer). As a result, many phone calls are left unanswered. I called this morning at 9AM and no one answered but I was able to make an online appointment for 9:15AM. I think $23 for a women's cut is cheap but it's pricey for a men's haircut. My husband used to get his haircut at Supercuts in a different location for half that price. The women's $23 haircut doesn't come with wash or shampoo. You just get your hair sprayed down with a water spraying bottle. You also don't get a blow dry nor products in your hair. My haircut was very basic and to the point (no fancy techniques). My mask fell off during the haircut because the comb pushed it off so make sure to have your hands ready to emerge from the cape to fix that! The interesting: You can pre-pay for a year's worth of haircuts. read more

I would not recommend this Supercuts. Haven't been to one in years. Thought I would try it I out and after my experience yesterday- unfortunately I will not be returning or referring anyone. I saw the mixed reviews before going here but I went ahead and tried it. The hair stylist was definitely in a bad mood. Not friendly or welcoming at all. The check in process was unwelcoming. The whole process of starting the haircut was really awful. I haven't been here in a long time, so explain to me. What would I like done today? Shampoo and cut? I thought perhaps this is her personality? Nope. Someone had stopped in and said hi to her and she changed into a super happy person and then went back to Not enjoying her day. I almost left after the shampoo and conditioner. I asked for long layers. What I got was super choppy - not blending at all layers. The stylist was more upbeat after I paid. But why did her attitude change at the end?? I won't be going back there to get it fixed. I'll just pay more elsewhere to get better care and service. DO NOT GO HERE!! I went here about two days ago after growing my hair back out for about 6 months. As soon as I wakes into r he salon I was told to sit down and wait not to mention I had scheduled an appointment for 1:00 and didn't get into my seat until practically 1:30. The lady left and came back many times in the middle of my cut. I gave the an inspiration pic at the beginning and asked for about 1/2 an inch off the top as well as a taper on the side. She then proceeded to cut my hair down about 3 inches and asked, "is this short enough?" She also just shaved my sides and didn't even cut a taper. 0 Stars. I basically cried after. please save yourself the misery and shame and go somewhere else. read more

We've been to this location for several years. The service seems to be getting worse and worse every time we come. We dropped by at around 10am and there was no one in the waiting area but we were told to come back so they would not be backed up. So we complied and made an appointment online for 3pm. When we came at 3pm instead of taking my daughter who was waiting first they took the next customer. I am writing this as I'm waiting here. It's been about 25 minutes of waiting. There were no other customers in the place and two stylists with her at the desk. Annoying but okay. They sat the mother in law down and asked her if she'd like her hair washed. Yes please. Then the cut. Would you like your hat blow dried? Yes please. Total $57. Huh? $22 haircut. $35 to wash and dry? How about saying the costs for that when you ask if the customer wants it. Absolutely LOVE this location! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is the FIRST place I've found that has been able to cut my hair exactly how I like it! They even told me how to word it so I can get that same cut every time! There's a Supercuts location 3 minutes from my house but they're very rude and mean, this one is 20 minutes from my house but the service is UNMATCHED! They actually listen to you. They make you feel human instead of just another dollar. Best of all, they truly know how to bring out your best self with an AMAZING haircut! Bertha is an absolute sweetheart ! I've been coming to this Supercuts for about a year now, and I've had a great experience.... that is until yesterday. I ask for my usual scissor top and two down the sides. Pretty simple, right? Well, I went to Samantha and it probably the worst haircut I've ever gotten from a Supercuts. The upper sides were too long and very uneven, and she didn't even show me what the back of my head looked like. I didn't see until I got back home. That was the worst part. I always ask for a square back, and it truly looks like a lopsided trapezoid. She took off a lot of the hair along the edges, and you can tell it's a normal part of my hairline. Extremely disappointed. I've gone to Ambi in the past, and I always get an excellent haircut. I've learned my lesson. read more
